The final product was a quality install. All wiring hidden. Clean looks like a factory install. BUT, When made the appointment we were given a 1 hour installation time. When we arrived we were told it would take a little longer because they were finishing up a previous install. We arrived at 4:30 and left around 9PM!!!!!! Again NO complaints about the quality of work. Just make sure you make no plans after the install. YTMV

With the exception of the latest "toys", my 2008 Prius looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. This deck is the best I've seen and Pat's (Agora, TX) installation was perfect.

they installed a new stereo in my Porsche 911. I thought they did a great job and were super friendly. Great experience.

Not too bad, it only took 30 mins but I had already installed the unit. He did re-splice the wires and fixed a blown fuse

The techs were rude right from the start. Then after I waited for 40 minutes they told me the harness I purchased from them, that I was told I needed for the install, was too hard to work with and I would need to order a new one, wait for it to come in and schedule another appointment. I live almost an hour away and scheduled my appointment for a day when I had other appts in that town. Making me wait and then telling me to come back AFTER being extremely rude, was the last straw. So I returned everything and left.

Customer service was excellent, I had a little adjustment and it was fixed immediately in the most professional way, I truly recommend it

Mounted exactly how I wanted it to be and they even set up the highs and lows for me just how I like! Would recommend to everyone
