One of things that make me suspicious about having work done by Best Buy or Geek Squad is the lack of transparency. I worked hard to get estimate when I purchased radio. I went back with the sales person and received a paper estimate. When I went to pick up car with the radio installed, there were all kinds of additional fees. We worked through it with an extra 30 minutes, but that shouldn’t happen.

This was not purchased after all. I’m giving it 5 stars since I have yet to be disappointed with service from the Geek Squad.
