The agents installed my son’s car stereo in the amount of time they gave me. They also went over simple instructions for use

I usually install these myself, but it was around the holidays and i was busy, so the team in the stall shop at best buy did it and did an awesome job! My daughter loves her car stereo!

Had my stereo installed but it was not completely done. The stereo had a reverse camera attached, the Camera was not installed and it is causing me problems till date . I sent an email and no one got back to me

Very happy with new auto radio install. It was done in less time than anticipated, then Blake showed my how to use it.

They installed my head unit and I mostly like it. Not all of my controls on the steering wheel work (I can't go back on a track or advance through a song). Also one of the pillars where they ran the mic is coming loose. I dropped my car off clean and picked it up with dirty foot prints throughout. The 2 guys were nice though. Supposedly I can bring it in to any Best Buy and have it looked at. But I don't have the time or confidence for that at this point.
