After Installing my Pioneer avic-5201Nex ...It looks and sounds perfectly I am so satisfied with the installation have not had any problems yet

The install of my in-dash car radio went well. I would have them install items again. They showed me how to switch between the different menus and synced my phone and iPod up to the radio.

You got it install the stereo didn't awesome job. What a smart and confident individual I really appreciated his help and I think he needs a big thank you have a great day goodbye

One of things that make me suspicious about having work done by Best Buy or Geek Squad is the lack of transparency. I worked hard to get estimate when I purchased radio. I went back with the sales person and received a paper estimate. When I went to pick up car with the radio installed, there were all kinds of additional fees. We worked through it with an extra 30 minutes, but that shouldn’t happen.

Can't get anything to look up on the gps so it was ac waste on that end. But nice to have a working cd/dvd

They are the best they took their time to explain the radio functions. They even went as far as to take time a couple days later when I went back to adjust the radio again.

These gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful also very friendly. It was a great experience and a great job done
