The installation of my stereo was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me get just the right parts at the best rate that I needed. Install took about an hour.

I purchased a 9" Pioneer radio to replace the factory radio in our 2015 Highlander. My wife brought the car for the radio to be installed. The installer told her the radio wouldn't fit and talked her into a 6.8" radio. It was smaller than the original radio. I called him after the fact and he insisted the radio wouldn't fit. Also, while the radio says it's satellite radio ready, you need a separate receiver and nobody told us. We returned it and the same installer told me the satellite add-on was no good and to use the app. I ordered the 9" radio through Crutchfield along with the satellite radio receiver and it fits great and works well. (See picture.) Be very cautious if you use Best Buy for installation.

Can't get anything to look up on the gps so it was ac waste on that end. But nice to have a working cd/dvd
