I was a bit disappointed because the guy who told me he was doing the installation called in sick the day he told me he would be there. Also, the head unit I ordered that was supposed to be compatible... I was informed was not compatible, thus I had to spend more $$$ then I planned for. The only other regret I have is no CD slot.

I ordered a JVC head unit with Android Auto, install kit, and installation. The installation was completed as schedulednand all works well. The only issue, and the four stars, is that there were several tweaks needed when I checked the install. The angle of the screen had to be adjusted to align to the new dash kit, and the USB cord had to be rerouted to work better. The technician was very willing to make the changes and was very personable.

The install team did a great job with the installation and explained all what they did and added. They were great at giving me a call with any questions or concerns.

The guys doing the installs are really great! Made me feel at home, did good professional work!

Car Audio Installation Service came free with the Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay device purchase. Kudos to Brandon at Best Buy, Marlborough who installed the CarPlay device on my 2016 Corolla S as well as enabled the Back-Up Camera and the Steering Wheel Controls. He helped me find the right SWC (the PAC SWI-CP2) for my 2016 Corolla S. Also, he made my existing Back-Up Camera work with the Planet Audio CarPlay device without any additional aftermarket harness. Note that the SWC device (price depends on the device needed for your Car and CarPlay Device) and installation (USD 65) comes with an additional cost.

At first I was worried about a different technician working on my car, as I already had trusted a different technician with my previous car and he was AWESOME! The technician at the Commack store who worked on my car was Chris. All I can say is WOW! I cannot say enough great things about him! He was super personable and polite. Very, very knowledgeable with car installations too. I knew my car was in good hands after our consult. (Which he made time for on short notice when I walked in without an appt.) Everything was done with professional precision too. I got my in-dash radio receiver installed, along with XM Radio. He also installed the steering wheel controls. And lastly, he installed my back-up camera. He surpassed my expectations by getting all of that work done expediently as well. Thank you so much, Chris! You rock!

I had no idea Chrysler would go out if its way to make installing an after market radio on a Jeep Cherokee such a nightmare, but installer Kelsey at the Knoxville, TN store simply wouldn't stop until it was installed correctly. I bought the radio as a black Friday promotion and it came with free installation, but Kelsey installed it and took it out about four times and never charged a penny. And when everything was finally working but the odometer wouldn't stop blinking, she sent me to the dealership to have the computer "flashed" and it worked fine. She guaranteed the store would refund whatever the dealer charged and even though the dealer charged a ridiculous $145 to flash it, the store reimbursed me with a smile and no questions. And Kelsey did such a good job, the dealer guy said it was the best install job he'd ever seen. Said it looked like it came out of the factory installed. So, I couldn't recommend Kelsey any higher. Ask for her if you ever need a radio installed in Knoxville.

The installer was profesional and had a great attitude and was friendly. He did a great job and did not scratch or damage my car when doing the install. It looks factory. The only complaint I have is that he was unable to get my steering wheel controls to work. The equipment I purchased is supposed to retain those controls but he couldnt get them to work. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but some people would not be okay with it. Overall a great value and am happy enough.

I'll preface this review by saying because this is a service, and not just a product, your experience might vary depending on the competence of your Geek Squad staff in your area. However, I can say that the guy here did a great installation, did it in less than an hour, and even refunded me the difference saying I was originally over-charged for the wrong selected service. It seems like car audio isn't one of Best Buy's strong suits nowadays (makes sense), but at my local Best Buy it was impossible to find an employee willing to help me in the car audio section. I had to work with a store manager who kindly helped me out and ended up scheduling me at another store across town for my install. Hence the 4 stars. If you're looking at car audio, best to know what you want and do the research yourself so you aren't at the mercy of someone who knows less than you do.
