I gave them a challenge and they did great. They installed a stereo in my RV abd it works great. The tech was fantastic.

I used the geek squad to have my back up camera installed on my jeep and then connected to my radio. Super happy with my decision to use the geek squad.. they did an excellent job! In addition, I didn’t have to wait long to schedule it, and on the day of the install, they were super quick and efficient. Lastly, I wanted the camera installed in a specific spot, they listened and did exactly what I asked. I won’t go anywhere else to have anything installed..geek squad is top notch!

Overall good experience. I usually like to do stereo stuff myself but just didn't have time and wanted to start enjoying music right away in my new-to-me car. I was a little nervous because the car is 20 years old and the dash trim may have been fragile but they took extra care with all parts and the install looks super clean. Really nice having carplay and modern conveniences in a car that originally was spec'd with a tape deck haha. EQ/Crossover settings were a bit wacky but luckily I have a mic and can tune that myself. Sounds great now. Great value for install cost vs time it would have taken me to get it installed. Now I can blast Tidal and run Waze without my phone flying around and I didn't lose a whole Saturday tinkering with it.

I could not be happier. Johnny did a fantastic job, from ensuring I had all the parts I needed to even telling me I could return some. He was very thorough before the installation, and was very attentive after, ensuring I knew what was working and that there were some things I needed to do on my phone to make sure the new system worked. Lastly, he was extremely fast. Had the new install done in about an hour. I can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of the service.

The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and conscientious. They did a fantastic job with the installation, and the customer service was first rate. Would highly recommend the Issaquah Best Buy for automotive product installs.

The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and did a good job. My problem is that I made an appointment and allotted 2 hours for the installation. He was the only person in the shop and spent the first hour answering other customers and coworkers questions.

Josiah was great. He is very knowledgeable and was able to handle my returns that the call center wasn’t able to do. I wish I could have contacted him at the store earlier. I have his card now and will contact him directly with any questions or issues with the radio in the future.

My sales associate suggested we consult with the installation team to make sure I purchased a unit that would work best in my older Yukon. I was replacing an older Pioneer unit. After asking some questions they recommended the Alpine unit based on needed features and price. They made some suggestions to keep costs down, too. I wanted a new backup camera so they booked extra time in case that proved challenging. They were ready when I came in and finished the installation a bit early. It all looked solid and tight. Everything worked beautifully. The fellow offered to help me pair my phone but I like doing that stuff so I declined. Both installers were super nice and East to work with. This is our third car stereo system purchase and install with Best Buy and it won’t be the last. Well done!

Installation team was great! they were able to get us in early for our install and finished it faster then estimated. Install was seamless as if the radio was factory installed. We had some questions after the install the team had us come in an walked us through the questions and setup the radio to our liking. Highly recommend the service!

I forgot the name of the man who works at the installation bay but he is super nice and reliable. This is the second time he installs something in my car and it is done well and in a timely manner.

No issues with install, no broken clips or sections of the dash. I have a 2007 vehicle, and Payton took amazing care of it while taking everything apart for this job. System going strong after a couple months now, the wiring was installed cleanly and Payton (in Grand Junction, CO) did a killer job on the total system.
