The installers took great care of me and my vehicle. This was especially nice since Covid made getting my parts more difficult. The installers helped and assured me my radio would be installed and helped me to find the additional parts that I needed. They took care of every possible issue that I could think of and I left with a feeling of great relief that it was these guys that helped. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this type of service. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond by helping me when they didn't have to. Words cannot fully express my appreciation and satisfaction that they did such a great job!

Everything was installed and looks better than I expected. The agent was very knowledgeable.

I had Geek Squad install an Alpine iLX-107 and a PAC RPK4-HD1101 into my Honda Accord. I've had two appointments so far, and a third at the end of the week, because on the first attempt some instructions weren't followed for the PAC kit installation and the vents above the radio were not working. That was fixed by the second appointment, along with some other issues I had. Now the third appointment is set up because the radio is having a slight malfunction, so a new one has been ordered and being put in the day that it arrives at the store. I mostly can't complain. The only thing I've had to pay was a $5 materials fee and I really like the new setup.

Was very nice, explained what he was going to do for the install, gave the correction suggestion for the fit was honest about the price but gave the quality a thumbs up. unfortunately, I picked the vehicle up after he had left was blown away the dash was very professionally done and the stereo changed looked as if it upgraded the SUV, , the music was louder and much crisper, he did a good job cause it was a lot putting/ installing it in a Jeep, i was so impressed I made an effort to go back the next morning to thank him in person, Again Thanks Victor Thumbs UP. The end result of the installation is great. The head unit works as advertised. But what I didn't like was the fact the job was scheduled for an hour and a half. I actually ended up staying 3 hours total because the tech didn't let me know he was having an issue with the install. I would have understood about the situation if he gave me the respect to explain it to me. And then when the job was complete I come to find out that the mic for the hands free wasn't connected to the head unit. I had to schedule another appointment to have this connected. The job was done well but there was a lack of attention to detail and just bad customer service communication.

Rob and his team did an amazing job installing all of our new stereo equipment in my sons truck so he could leave for college. Really appreciate the last minute support, attention to detail, and awesome sounding system. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the decision to let Geek Squad install my new car receiver, a job that I had done myself in the past. The installation included a new car receiver, steering wheel controls and a backup camera. The installer was very competent and attentive. He did a great job cleaning up the mess of wiring I had created during my previous installations. He asked for feedback during the installation and made sure to do it exactly the way I wanted (e.g. backup camera placement). He performed the work cleanly and efficiently. I am very happy with everything he did and everything was functioning perfectly the first time - something that never happened when I used to do it myself :)

I had my in-dash master unit installed somewhere else and it didn't work right. I went to Best Buy and the technician reinstalled the unit. He was very professional and straightened out all of the problems. He connected XM to the existing factory antenna, moved the phone microphone so there wasn't feedback, and got the steering wheel controls working. I am very happy with the service that I got.

I don’t know the guys name who did mine, but he’s was the kind of guy you knew immediately was good at his job and there wouldn’t be any issues. Sure enough, 90 min later I left with a perfectly flush, new stereo and a pair of new speakers. Six weeks later, no issues at all. So yea, I would highly recommend this service if they’re all like him.

I was more than very impressed on how perfect the installation was. It looks better than I had even hoped it would. The downside I have is that I was never shown how to use or setup anything in the unit. I cannot figure out the GPS, setup and lock in radio stations, set the time, etc. The user manual that came with the stereo unit is poorly written to help with any of it. I am scheduled on March 31st to have the Geek Squad install a universal backup camera on the same vehicle. I need them to show me how to use it all.

We cannot Express enough gratitude with the installation department. They were amazing and extremely knowledgeable and caring. I say caring because on a trip in there I wasn't feeling very well but needed to just get out of the house so I went with my husband. Unfortunately I got very dizzy and lightheaded and was feeling like I was about to faint . They jumped in right away with a chair and some water and what could they do to help. They went and got everything we needed and had it rung up and checked out in no time while my husband tended to me. They got everything taken care of answered all our questions and even called to make sure all was well. We definitely will be headed back again .
