I can't say this for every install location but this store was great. Ran into some minor issues but the more experienced installer came right over, fixed it up and even did a few things that would normally cost more free of charge for my inconvenience - which consisted of waiting an extra 15 minutes. Great guys and definitely will be back!

When I was inquiring about the cost of installing the unit I desired the installation team helped me to save a total of $200 off of the usual price by selecting the unit I did ... adding in 2 new speakers and having it all done in under 90 minutes! It was professionally installed with excellent customer service by Jake in Oceanside!

Manny installed my stereo and rear view camera. He did a great job with the installation and took the time to explain everything completely.

The tech that did the installation of this receiver did an OUTSTANDING job. I cannot express how pleased I am with the care and workmanship of the install tech in the Roanoke VA store.

My Technician told me he would be done in 2 hours and he was. He explained how to use new receiver for my vehicle. He made sure that I didn't have any questions. Polite clean and professional. My only complaint is I had to wait 1 month to install it because they were backed up.

Installation was fast and easy. The gentleman was super friendly and did not waste anytime getting started once I got there. The guy was done before the scheduled time! He explained how everything works and was super simple. Very satisfied till this day!

The tech who installed my Sony in-dash receiver was superb! Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and quick! Good explanation of choices (e.g. location of hands-free mic) and operation of unit. He explained the "free uninstall" policy (if I sell the vehicle I can put the OEM unit back in), and was very professional!

Ths installation was done in a timely and professional manner. After it was installed the tech showed me how to use it including setting up bluetoothe with my phone.

I have had several installations done at the Best Buy in Bloomington and Noah has always done an excellent job. He provides great insight and examples of why certain items work better dependingin on my needs. At this point, he is the only person I trust to do a great job with any car installation. My son was begging for an upgrade to his factory installed Civic car stereo. After looking for some time, we decided on a nice product at Best Buy because they promised expert installation. It took forever to get the install scheduled, and unfortunately I was out of town when it was done. When my son picked up the car, it was clear the new dashboard frame wasn't seated perfectly....and maybe wasn't the best fit. When we checked, we were told that is the best that could be done. The stereo works fine, but the appearance isn't the best. If it was my car, I wouldn't have accepted the results, but being an older car for an 18 year old, I am letting it ride. We have kept the original in case we need to put it back in when we dispose of the car.

The technician, Sunny, was awesome and installed my CD player/GPS perfectly. He was very professional, efficient, and explained everything to me. I am very happy with this service and will definitely come back if I ever need anything installed in a car in the future.

My installer was not the best communicator and I had to work hard to get out of him what he was going to do when installing my stereo. He finally disclosed to me what he was going to do. I wanted to ensure I was getting what I was paying for and not assume, but it seemed I was putting him out to explain in basic term the work he would perform. After the install and I arrived home I noticed the installer left clippings of electrical tape and wire on the passenger side floor. Very annoying and I would have had the installer clean it up if I noticed it at pickup. At least my stereo works and Best Buy does stand behind their installations so far so good. I'm putting down recommending to a friend as I would recommend Best Buy and I may have gotten an installer on a bad day.

Isidro Solano installed a double din radio into my truck. He is very professional and knowledgable in what needed to be done. I would highly recommend going to him for any work you want to do with your vehicle. I would definitely go back for my future installations.
