Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Sony XAV1000 head unit in my 2012 Cruze. In the start we had a few issues with audio quality but that was soon fixed same day. We also had some issues with my voice command button but it was also repaired in the same week. My 2012 Cruze has an OEM microphone that’s was used for OnStar. But the installer put a small microphone next to the original. I’m very confused on why we needed a 2nd out of place looking microphone when the original was completely functional and better looking. Also a small speaker was installed behind the dash for OnStar and car chimes. Why couldn’t this be done through the cars audio system?

I was looking to improve the sound quality in my Jeep Wrangler but did not want to spend a fortune. Decided on a powered sub and new head unit. The guys provided great advice and did an excellent job with the installation. The system sounds incredible. Could not be happier.

The technician who installed the stereo did a great job & provided wonderful customer service. He was friendly & informative. The experience was much smoother than I anticipated. It looks fantastic in the car as well. It blended in very nicely.

Hunter, the installer, did a great job. He provided excellent communication and advice.

The install was very professionally done. The radio/cd/dvd player with back up camera and apple play is a great improvement. I’m going back to get a FARKAS dual antenna installed for better reception and run a 2nd USB input cable in along with a HDMI cable since the unit has that capability.

The installation service of this product was unsatisfactory - some of it has to do with the product but some of it has to do with the employee that installed it. Not friendly, Nothing was explained, left a wire hanging out but never explained what it was for, disconnected the steering wheel buttons so now they’re useless. Not an upgrade.

It really was a bad experience overall. BB web page recommended the unit. It physically fit in the dash OK. The problem is that because it has a screen that opens every time the power is switched on you have to be sure you are holding the shift lever out of the way or it hits the lever. I had to have it removed and a basic unit installed 4 days later (which was the fastest they could get my back in! ).

I had a stereo installed that has navigation, siriusxm, phone mirroring, etc. The only negative regarding the installation is that I was not told that I would need a cable to hook up to the back of the car receiver (that's where the plug in is located) in order to do the phone mirroring.

Replaced my old DVD head unit with this for android auto. It also improved the radio reception. The adjustment option for audio provided slight improvement over my oem speaker. The free installation was a plus and the person was very helpful.

On my original installation date I was informed that I did not have all the parts necessary to complete the install. The tech got all the parts necessary and rescheduled my service as soon as all parts arrived.

I was really happy with the geek squad installation. They did a lot of things that I would not of expected and it was nice to know it was done the right way. I did find out after the installation that my voice commands we're not working, but once I discovered it they were able to quickly fix it during a follow up visit

Isidro helped me out and he really went above and beyond. He helped me figure out what to order and even made suggestions. The install looks awesome. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at his job!

I had a pioneer radio with apple car play installed in my car along with a back up camera. Ruben, the installer, took great care with the installation and in showing me how to work the radio. He provided great customer service. He even vacuumed my car! I have had the radio for a few months now and love it!

Very pleased w installers at Best Buy, Huntsville, AL. If you get head unit and speakers installed at same time they normally have some type of discount available. If you pay separately, then install prices are a little high. But it was a great deal ina bundle for me and again installers were excellent and very friendly as well.

The radio I purchased works perfectly and the installer was amazing! He was so thorough and helpful during the entire install process! I would recommend the car audio installation at Best Buy in Bryant Arkansas to anyone and everyone! He was great! The radio itself is easy to use the hands free works perfectly and the sound is great!

The radio install really went well. It functions like it's supposed to. The only downfall was that they didn't (or couldn't) get the Air Conditioning system to integrate. It still works, just not all the features. Otherwise, job well done!

So thankful for The Geek Squad. Why don't othe stores have these types of crews too. Best Buy is smart to have them!

Great job by the install team at Geek Squad. About the only positive experience I have had with Best Buy. The rest of Best Buy customer service, sales people, managers, call centers is so awful I don't expect to ever purchase from Best Buy again.
