These guys were great, very knowledgeable, and patient. Took the time to give me all the part numbers I would need for installation and that saved me the time and headache of hoping I had the right part. They did a great job of installing the radio, looks like a factory install. Great job!

Very expensive for the price. Touchscreen alone is very good. Major problem is the Bluetooth connectivity is bad. Whatever smartphone iPhone or Android the music gets disrupted ND hiccups..buy Kenwood. I returned twice to best buy and best buy banned me from future returns cuz of excessive returns. All cuz if this pioneer

The installation looks great, camera placement is excellent but even though the head has connections for front and rear camera's they don't feed to it. It was the reason I went with the camera's I did. But all in all it was a really good installation.

The Geeks did a great install but did not tell me when I made the appointment that the speakers install was not free and because there is extra work involved the there maybe an extra charge for the install because the free install only covers about $100. I was not a happy camper!

I recently had the Alpine Apple Car Play system and a rear backup camera installed by the Geek Squad. I was very happy with the installation. Jared did a great job and you can't tell that the system is an after market installation. He also was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.

new stereo with blue tooth for my pickup. they did it just like I asked, had a couple wrinkles they worked out.

Recently had a stereo swap from my old truck to new. Trim reused wasn't flush by 1/4" and looked aweful. Tech fixed but had to return. Then microphone for Bluetooth wasn't connected and wife had to return for 3rd visit. Frustrating to make 2 extra visits beyond initial visit. Kevin was helpful, but I think tech hurried.

The agent was very personable and kept me updated throughout the process. It didn't end up working because he said there was a problem with the system I brought in. He put in the factory radio back in. The only problem I have is that the speakers on one side of the truck are not working so when they reopen, I will have to have it fixed by them. Until then, I am out of luck. I think checking to make sure everything is working correctly is pretty basic and make me question the entire visit and whether now he broke something and that's why the new system didn't work and the old one doesn't work right either.

I used to be an installer myself long long ago. This guy did a clean job he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend using Best Buy to install, large store to back up the work and I’m knowledgeable installer what else could you ask for. They are also not overpriced for installations

GeekSquad proved yet again how much of a bargain they are. I was quoted $200+ for this installation out in town, yet GS offered the same service for $99. I hardly had to wait at all, and you can't even tell my receiver was an after market purchase due to the great job the gentleman did with the installation.

the guy at Rivergate needs help.. he forgot to hook up dash lights..... could not get in touch with him call left messages and he never return any of them so we had to take it back and got the run around,,,45 min. late we finally got it fix.

The bestbuy in Woodbridge NJ did a great job at installing my radio in my car. There was a problem with the original radio I purchased and the tech switched out my radio 1-2-3 with no issues. They even checked a previous item I had installed because I was having an issue. Great service!

My husband loves it!!! He wishes he could watch movies on it but he does realize that it is dangerous, but other than that he loves it.

So far this is one of the nicer stereos ive had. However, still cant get carplay to work. Great service tech.

I was highly impressed with the knowledge of the installer at the Conroe Texas store. He knew his stuff, he was polite and courteous, and he got me in and out quickly. This was a replacement unit (original not purchased st Best Buy). The purchase and installation at B.B. was amazingly better.

The agent who mounted my radio in my 2011 Ford F-150 was very professional, left no trash and even showed me how to operate the radio.

Better free installation than the expensive stereo store I used last time.
