The radio I purchased works perfectly and the installer was amazing! He was so thorough and helpful during the entire install process! I would recommend the car audio installation at Best Buy in Bryant Arkansas to anyone and everyone! He was great! The radio itself is easy to use the hands free works perfectly and the sound is great!

I got this so I could use Apple play in my used mini van. It works great and also gave me a back up camera that I didn't previously have.

This system works perfectly! My husband needs lessons on how to operate it but he is learning. It is large enough for him to see clearly and it can be moved to keep from having glare and he loves it! Installer was fast and efficient!!

I have nothing negative to state regarding our smooth and quick installation process with our vehicle audio system. The fellas worked quickly and professionally. The vehicle was supposed to take 4 hrs to complete and they did it in 1.5 hrs. KUDOS to the guys at the installation dept. Will definitely come back again.

Gilbert and his colleague did an awesome job on the installation of my new head unit (radio). I didn't know what was considered a good brand for a radio but Gilbert was patient and answered all 1000 of my questions when I was shopping for the indash head unit. I learned that terminology from them. :)

The team and Best Buy did an outstanding job installing my car stereo. back up camera and apple car play. My 2001 Toyota 4x4 sequoia is better than a new one now.

My agent was very helpful and informative when selecting a car stereo and speakers. Even though the initial stereo would have fit with some dash cutting, he called be before cutting. Being an older truck, we decided to go with a stereo that didn’t require any cutting

They installed a Joying JY-HQ123N4G in-dash radio that connects to my phone and enables my phone apps on the screen. They said it was plug-n-play and the installer agrees. Works great.

Robert and his crew in the Car Audio Installation department of the South Coast BB performed a great installation of a Kenwood Excelon 9905S deck in my 2005 C55. It was clean and on-time per their estimate. I would definitely go to them again for any car audio need.

I tried to purchase a Kenwood DNR1008RVS from a sales associate at the Eagan MN Best Buy store. The sales associate ordered the wrong unit and order an installation service as well that I did not request. Turns out Best Buy cannot even sell me the DNR1008RVS head unit!!. I have subsequently had the entire transaction including the hardware installation cancelled and returned the incorrect Kenwood unit. Very disappointing experience.

We bought our daughter a vehicle to take to college in NY. It really needed a back up camera due to the parking situation up there. The technician did a great job installing, but even a better job explaining in detail all the features of the new back up camera and stereo system.

The purchase of my stereo came with free installation. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. He was able to use the hardness of my current stereo that I replaced. The service tech that made the installation Tim was incredible! Honest, sincere, efficient, awesome customer service!

I had a great experience and love my new stereo. It was so easy to drop my car off and it was ready much faster than I expected.

The original radio I selected had a twist know located tight in the corner of the mount. The tech called and let me know of the issue. He offered equivalent option the was $10 higher that fit much better. The install looks great and they took the time to set up my phone and apps. Extremely pleased.

Randy was my installer , I found him to be very knowledgeable about my installation then actually took the time to guide me through all the radios functions and presets .
