The guys were dedicated and I was happy with the results it took more time than the usual but that was because of my older model truck and the job was finished and I am very happy

Purchased all needed parts I could and then picked up at the store what I needed to order - everything was explained - cost/time/what they were going to do, demonstration on how alarm and radio worked after they were done, no complaints looks and sounds great, wonderful staff that answered all my questions and made recommendations as needed

Would have been better has he hooked up my XM tuner to the receiver so I can utilize the 4 free months I received on promo in my car.

I had several vehicles that were getting new CD receivers for Christmas. The Totasl Tech support saved a good bit of money. It paid for the CD receiver in Dash install. The CD receiver in dash install went well. My Cd receiver looks good and sounds great. Best Buy technician did a great job.

I ended up installing myself because the next available appointment was too far out. i guess offering free install looks great on paper but not useful too those that would like to enjoy their purchase

Awesome customer service. The guy who help me was super nice and had my car done a lot faster than expected. He was kind and offered to help teach me to use the stereo. Came helped us set it all up. Overall great customer service.

These guys in Boynton Beach know how to treat the customer and how to get the installation done to look and sound perfect. Appointment was on time and the installer kept me informed of the progress and timing of the job.

The physical installation was great. But the technician seemed to be unable to program Steering Wheel Control on the interface. After 2nd unsuccessful trip, I pulled the unit out of the dash and programmed it, no problem.

The install tech make it simple and fast. They also charge alot less than others. How convenient to shop from a large selection and have them install it for you. Please you can hang out in Magnolia while you wait.

To install my new Sony Sound System, I need a dashboard replacement to hold the new system. This replacement also provided new connections to my HVAC system. All was installed in about 2 hours. Everything works and looks like it came as original equipment. Fast, friendly service.
