Car stereo works great. Installation is fantastic Geek Squad did a amazing job on my car

The install was scheduled and I didn't have the correct pieces so I had to reschedule. The part was ordered but I had to call to make sure the part came in and schedule the installation. Nick told me 4pm, but I receivedd an email for 3pm. My husband rushed over and after the installation, the USB wasn't working. When he returned and informed Nick, it was suggested that maybe the stereo system didn't allow for a USB, that was an insult to myself and my husband who both read the product information, saw the option, and had a USB access cord. The technician didn't connect the deck properly in the back and that was the real problem. Installation 101, don't insult the customer and double check your work!

I bought the whole year of Geek squad services. They will hook up anything I want withing a year to my car. They have done my radio so far and will do my speakers, DVD players, and back up camera next. If you are getting alot installed it's cheaper to do it this way.

Geek Squad Gad my car receiver installed in less than 45 minutes. Had it installed to replace the factory installed radio that went bad. My receiver, to my surprise, looks like it was factory installed. My Round Rock, TX store made a believer in GS out of me.

Customer focused and service was excellent. They had to make some adjustments that would have cost more but they provided the changes without adding costs and that is amazing and not to be forgotten. They demonstrate customer first focus and I will be back again

The Technician was very quick and efficient. Gave me an amazing rundown on how to use the functions and even went ahead and helped with the installation of a different piece free of charge.

Wow, looks like we installed an original radio in the 2006 Hummer H2. Technician even spent time and showed me how radio worked. Then he checked on what needs to be done for installation of backing camera. Just love this place and these people. They do a good job and in a timely manner.

Had to return a second time because parts were not ordered the first time for my appointment. I had to order it too receive it before the installer left the store for good. The installation was not centered blocking some important buttons.

Almost anything car related is free with this service. Including car details!!! Auto start - free. Speakers - free. Head unit - free. Sub - free. And that's just car services. This is a great service to have. Wouldn't doubt the price goes up after some time.

After buying a used truck, I wanted to upgrade my sound system. We purchased a touch screen with bluetooth, as well as a back up camera. The technician did a wonderful job installing these items. My only complaint was the length of time it took.

Great system, but having trouble setting up the internet

Bought a radio system for my son for Christmas. After Christmas we scheduled for the installation. The service tech was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the installation process, and the features and functionality after the installation. Great experience.

It is a great feeling to know if something happens to my radio in my vehicle I am covered, it was installed at Best Buy and It is covered as well. Hope nothing happens but if something does happen I can trust the protection service.

everything went great! a plug in the back came loose and affected my mic, but it was an easy and quick fix. it simply wasnt secured in the back. Just dropped by the shop and Chris diagnosed and fixed the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. he really knows his shiz.
