Yes, use the service! It seriously takes away all the headache and hassle of buying a product... and then having to research HOW to install something. Our service technician was very knowledgeable and even gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the system (we had our car navi system installed).

The installer did an outstanding job on my stereo installation. Everything looks factory and he took time to explain the basics of how the new system works. A very pleasant experience. My hat's off to my installer!

Had to return a second time because parts were not ordered the first time for my appointment. I had to order it too receive it before the installer left the store for good. The installation was not centered blocking some important buttons.

I had Best Buy install the new radio into my son's car. Appointment was on time. I was just about to leave after install, and I was surprised that they did not check that the DVD player was working properly. Took another 15 minutes to fix. Finally working.

So easy to setup install appointment. The tech was very helpful and explained every step of the installation. The radio I had installed was not purchased for Best Buy which did not make any difference in the awesome service provided. I highly recommended the service center at the Meyerland Best Buy.

Great system, but having trouble setting up the internet

Set up appointment. I only stop by store and BB's lady did it on 3-5 minutes. After that I stop by tech's shop and figured with him what will be going the service day. Service day the guy said "give 45-60 min. He did it on 35. Now, my son is very happy with the work the tech did. Humble, Texas.

Although I could do this myself with enough time, a special deal with certain audio packages came with reduced price installation of the in-dash unit and the speakers. Very much worth having it done by an installer instead of finding the time to do it myself. Everything was done neat an clean.

I had Best Buy install a stereo system. Overall, they did a good job, but they just stuck the mic on the steering column with double sided tape. This is on a Cadillac Escalade, so I expected he would hid it somewhere... I fixed it myself.

The Tech that installed my stereo system was both knowledgeable and professional. He guided me towards the best options and installed and explained everything perfectly. I am very pleased with the installation done by Geek Squad.

It wasn’t installed correctly. The gps portion doesn’t work and trying to schedule another appointment to come in and fix it has been impossible because the phone number doesn’t go to anyone. Everything else is fine but he must have stuck the gps antenna to the back of the radio or something because it doesn’t get any signal.

Scheduling was easy, and my installer was very friendly. However I could tell he was rushing through his work. He tried to give my truck back to me with the reverse lights permanently stuck on, and the check engine light on. He fixed both issues when I brought it to his attention, but he should have caught this on his own. I never got a demo on how to use my unit either. So when I got it home and started playing with it, I noticed that the unit doesn't recognize my vehicle in park. So I haven't been able to test all of the features (DVD player, AppOne Radio, etc.) If he had taken the time to review his work or even demo the product a bit more, we could have found these issues right away.

The first attempt to install the radio in my truck left me highly unsatisfied. Luckily the installer expressed his concerns in advance about the install before I picked the truck up. The installer was not there when I picked the truck up and had to bring the truck back for rework. The original radio I purchased was too large for the opening and I had to purchase a radio costing $200 more than the original radio purchased that fits in the opening much better. The only issue I have is the adapter pieces used to install the radio needs to be trimmed back of excessive material to make it look like a perfect fit.
