Scheduling was easy, and my installer was very friendly. However I could tell he was rushing through his work. He tried to give my truck back to me with the reverse lights permanently stuck on, and the check engine light on. He fixed both issues when I brought it to his attention, but he should have caught this on his own. I never got a demo on how to use my unit either. So when I got it home and started playing with it, I noticed that the unit doesn't recognize my vehicle in park. So I haven't been able to test all of the features (DVD player, AppOne Radio, etc.) If he had taken the time to review his work or even demo the product a bit more, we could have found these issues right away.

Install was great and done quickly. Really like my new stereo.

The first attempt to install the radio in my truck left me highly unsatisfied. Luckily the installer expressed his concerns in advance about the install before I picked the truck up. The installer was not there when I picked the truck up and had to bring the truck back for rework. The original radio I purchased was too large for the opening and I had to purchase a radio costing $200 more than the original radio purchased that fits in the opening much better. The only issue I have is the adapter pieces used to install the radio needs to be trimmed back of excessive material to make it look like a perfect fit.

The technician that helped me out did such a wonderful job! It was seamless work and everything worked out. He went over everything with me, and explained their guarantee of their work.

Michelle helped me from beginning to end. She left no stone unturned and tik the time to walk me through everything.

Still finding and playing with the new deck, installation was much quip ker than I thought, explained the unit and made it look like it had been factory installed. Very satisfied and happy.

The installers were very professional and know their stuff. We had lots of electronics installed during this visit and they got it done in the amount of time they estimated and were very thorough. Once done, they went through the operation of all the devices and made sure we were satisfied. Great service.

Outside of the extended lead time to get an appointment, the install team did a quick, fantastic job installing my new stereo and backup cam! Very professional and knowledgeable staff!

Geek Squad repair, was purchased for The radio, back up camera, that is Amazing! Pioneer Apple/Android Car Play with Blue Tooth in dash is great and Best Buy offered the best price on the product and on instillation. I love best Buy geek Squad repair and it's affordable priced to purchase.

The GEEK squad installer was very personable, they were able to set up my vehicle install. They directed me where to park and gave me a time frame when it would be done. They installed my system well with in the window.

Had to say that the technician knew what he was doing. I went to install Android Auto In-dash navigation and the service was quick. The technician checked all the outputs that could have been impacted with the installation before giving the car back to us.

Installation went smoothly. Everything is good. My car is a 2008 Taurus X. It has a double din opening in the dash. Having the steering wheel controls work the new unit is great. The sun shines on my screen and it is hard to see in the daytime. I recommend the geek squad installation.

Leo the installer for Geek Squad was amazing. He helped me pick the radio and camera, and squeezed me into his busy schedule to get it installed in a short notice. Leo walked me through the radio functions and was so helpful. Will do my next car install with him too.

While installer are great. The producr recommanded by your sales person/s are not 100% compatable. It will create major problem in use. The product was sold to me by Geek Squad whichbis not installer.
