What I like about Best Buy iinstall service is that I can't install and they offer a swap out if you sell your car and want to put the original radio back in. Since I bought an expensive nav/stereo I might want to keep it. This is a great option to have. Install only took 2 hours.

The installation was free and don’t work correctly after I drive away, the car had an Infinity system originally and that required a unique configuration. Joey took the extra time to get it right, his persistence was greatly appreciated. The unit works very well.

Got the radio / stereo with the back up camera which my older truck did not have, best buy installed it without a hitch and the camera works just like the ones on the new cars. Now I can see if anything is behind the truck even while drivign I can view to the rear

Geek Squad at Jordan Landing Best Buy has some really skilled technicians, and the technician who helped me managed to make my BMW 328i work through hard wiring my car with an alpine ilx-107 because my car had European wires instead of the standard alpine ones.
