Set up appointment. I only stop by store and BB's lady did it on 3-5 minutes. After that I stop by tech's shop and figured with him what will be going the service day. Service day the guy said "give 45-60 min. He did it on 35. Now, my son is very happy with the work the tech did. Humble, Texas.

They did a good job. I have been waiting to get a radio for awhile and I’m glad I went with Best Buy.

Although my aftermarket radio was installed, the guy who installed my radio didn’t properly program my maestro unit for my steering wheel controls. When I told him my controls weren’t working, he told me he didn’t know how to program. The other guy installing equipment on another car when asked said the same thing also. I paid almost $200 extra for that equipment and it was not installed correctly.

The two technicians at Cumming store are kind, smart, professional and thoughtful. They solved my car radio issue that was thought to be factory defect and not solved at Mall of Georgia store. They are the best!

The Installer did a great job installing my LCD entertainment screen.

Scheduling was easy, and my installer was very friendly. However I could tell he was rushing through his work. He tried to give my truck back to me with the reverse lights permanently stuck on, and the check engine light on. He fixed both issues when I brought it to his attention, but he should have caught this on his own. I never got a demo on how to use my unit either. So when I got it home and started playing with it, I noticed that the unit doesn't recognize my vehicle in park. So I haven't been able to test all of the features (DVD player, AppOne Radio, etc.) If he had taken the time to review his work or even demo the product a bit more, we could have found these issues right away.

The Cedar Park Service Team worked together to get it installed on time, perfectly, and then walked me through how to use my system. They also set up the sound the way I like my music. Excellent Knowledge and Customer Service!!

Thank you to the guy who told me before installing that if I went through with the new radio with dvd hook up and back camera that I would lose my current dvd that was in my gmc

Had to say that the technician knew what he was doing. I went to install Android Auto In-dash navigation and the service was quick. The technician checked all the outputs that could have been impacted with the installation before giving the car back to us.

The installers were very professional and know their stuff. We had lots of electronics installed during this visit and they got it done in the amount of time they estimated and were very thorough. Once done, they went through the operation of all the devices and made sure we were satisfied. Great service.
