The squad got me ready to go the moment I came in. I was ready to wait for 2 hours for the installation of my car radio, since I have a complicated car. I was super happy with the fact that they finished in 45 minutes, and did a great job!

Nick from the Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new radio with Bluetooth. He gave us a demo of all the features and answered all our questions. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend this install and product.

Great installation. Installer was very courteous, accommodating and professional, explained everything and helped me get one piece that was temporarily unavailable through Best Buy from another supplier. He even shopped around for the best price on that part.

I have took in 2 cars to get the stereo working proper they were not so good the first time and after that i got charged 120.00.so i thought it would have been free so i just paid it

I had a Pioneer stereo installed by the guys at the Best Buy in Boynton Beach, FL. They did an awesome job. It was quickly installed while I waited. You could not even tell that the dash had been taken apart. Everything was returned clean with no squeaks or rattles.

Humble, Texas geek tech was terrific. He matched the price for hardware necessary but not included in the deal. Installation clear and professional. The only "complaint" is: He asked for 1 hour to get done the installation but he "failed" to do it; he did it on 40 minutes. Lol.

The tech who installed my car stereo was excellent. Friendly, polite, and went the extra mile by inflating low tires when he saw a dash light warning.

The agent who installed my in-dash navigator was very helpfull, he suggested what I need, and he return what I bought but don't need. I say he was honest, if he didn't return some items, I wouldn't even know. He work very fast and carefully.

The upgrade is wonderful. The upgrade increases the safety of the vehicle. Best Buy installation shop was great. The techs were very hellful with questions we had.

It went smoothly and my new radio looks great. Alot better than the stock radio that it came with. The staff was helpful showing how to use the new radio and what I can do with all the new options i got. Very happy to have it done.
