Ashley was fantastic and the install was great. Had a problem with the Apple car-play so took car back. Ashley got Landon involved and he diagnosed the problem (the phone) and everything works great. Great team work and kudos to Ashley and Landon

Had my new JVC installed at my local Best Buy. Lead installer took his time and did a fantastic job. Made a few recommendations for my 2008 Camary I wasn't aware of needing that are appreciated. He went over use and set up of system, making my first time listening a blast!

So far satisfied. I was unaware of addons that were needed to makes the unit function with my factory set up in the steering. This may have made my experience better. I still waiting to install addons.

Gotta say not too happy with the install I came to the store to set a date to install, the gentleman behind the counter set up my install date and handed me a printout to get all the items listed for the install as it is cheaper for me to buy. He listed one of the items wrong and when I came into appointment, instead of rescheduling, the tech they had install it, hard wired it instead, and apparently crossed some wires or something. Now when my music is playing and I’m backing up, the screen shimmers and gets grainy and lines all over. Not real happy. I set an appointment to fix, but missed due to family member passing suddenly. I’m going to reschedule, but they should never have hard wired it with out my pre approval!

Best Buy installed our new car stereo and backup camera and did a great job of letting us know all of the products we needed for a seamless install service. they were on time, efficient, great communication. Highly recommend!

I am really satisfied with the job the tech did for installation of the radio. The radio stopped working a week later, probably because of a blown fuse, and the tech fixed it in just a few minutes. Thanks.

Had a Pioneer Infotainment system installed in my 2015 Chevy Colorado and Gabe did a SUPER job and Bestbuy gave a super price. If your in the Fort Lauderdale area go to the Ft Lauderdale store on Federal Highway. You wont regret it.
