We bought a new radio with apple car play for my dad. The auto installers helped us pick out the best radio for his car. Installation was very quick and their communication was on point!

Bought a stereo for my 04 Dodge ram pick up. Parts were ordered and stereo was installed in less than 2 hours. Installer then went over the operation of the stereo. Very happy with the installation and operation of the stereo.

I bought a new "head end" aka "radio" elsewhere and had Best Buy install it. (Best Buy didn't carry the brand I wanted.) They were very nice to work with and did a fine job. I was pleased with the work, the people and the price.

Worked out pretty well...daughter did not have navigation so this was ad on and worked out well but next time I would recommend adding the geek squad to install as i had trouble with ppl installing.

Installer I had made sure everything was in that I needed. He also warned me that my 1999 dodge ram clips were weak and could break. He was very professional and tried his best and was very informative.

The installation was efficient and timely. The installers stated Best Buy warrants the install and would correct any problems. The unit installed needs to be tweaked to perform better and we will schedule for this to be done.

The navigation works awesome. You can use Apple car play or just use the navigation on the receiver

a very nice unit, coparable to more expensive radios, great sound and the nav system works well not as sophisticated as more expensive radios but it gets the job done. geek squad install was great. an extremely well versed technician

My Kenwood stereo was installed smoothly and without issue. The installer is fully knowledgeable and will inform you step by step the process. He will even show you how to navigate the system after the installation.
