The installer did a great job but the time estimated for install was way off. When sceduling the sales associate should have had an installer look at truck instead of a computer telling how long it would take

I had a radio installed in my vehicle, and the tech was very nice, professional, and very informative. He even came out to my car when I picked it up and paired my phone (bluetooth) to the radio and showed me many of the features of the radio i didn't even know it had.

Jesus did an exceptional job installing this unit in my conversion van. The van had some challenges & he solved each one & delivered a quality service. I have since used Jesus for replacing a set of speakers--an exceptional experience.

The Tech who did my installation was superb. I am not very familiar with car audio, he made recommendations of what would work well with a 2011 Camry. Incredible sound improvement and rear camera works very well. Put in a pioneer head unit, and Alpine speakers. Awesome.

The Installer did a great job installing my LCD entertainment screen.

Navigation install with all new speakers. Also added 12" speaker in box with amp for the trunk. Everything worked well but for some reason ppl can hear me on calls. Will be taking back in.

They were quick yet thorough and quite helpful! I was pleased with them!

Great installation but beware you are told you get free installation and them they come up with this fee

Geek Squad did an amazing job installing a Kenwood Radio / hands free system and backup camera in our sons 2007 F150 Lariat They are very professional and assist with making sure you have all required add ons to complete the install

The Best Buy technician that performed the install of the unit did a great job explaining how to use the unit once the install was completed. He was very professional and my car was in the same condition when I dropped it off. There was no trash left behind from the work.

Seems to be installed correctly. So far so good. Time will tell.

The gentleman that did the install was great. Took care to make sure we were satisfied with all the areas of the wiring. Then went over how to set up the stereo and all the features. Very happy with the decision to have Best Buy do the installation.

The 2 Geeksquad gentlemen that installed my unit were professional and a pleasure to work with. I haven't had the unit itself long enough to give a fair opinion, so I'm waiting for that review.

Geek Squad are my new best friends after they installed my car radio so nicely! Great to have this in my car and they were so kind in answering any questions I had after install.

Unfortunately, I had to replace my Kenwood player from just two years ago. They tested the system and found it was not working. While the dashboard was apart, they waited and installed this system. Much appreciated.
