It’s a great head unit. Apple car play works seamlessly as well as the manufacturer’s backup camera.

Great service. It only gets 4 stars because i left in the rain and had fogged up windows in heavy traffic but no defroster because it was left unplugged.

The Geek Squad installer had my installation done in an hour. The installer gave me a demo of how to use everything. When I went to play the radio the installer had programmed all of my old stations in the exact same spots!

Guy was great. I don’t even like my radio as much as I like the professionalism of the person who installed it. They all made sure I had the right parts ordered the right parts and he also answered questions post installation.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient install. Had me in and out in a couple of hours for a retrofit in an 02 Chevrolet Tracker. Great installation. Looks as if it came as standard equipment.

Geek squad did an excellent job on this installation. System looks and performs great. Appointment and service time estimate was right on schedule.

They installed the deck and it's functional, so that's good. But they did a really poor job wiring the usb port. They used some really crappy, lumpy looking butyl to seal it in the hole in my dash, and now a few months later it constantly comes out and looks like garbage. Should have saved the money and done it myself.

So, not being “tech savvy” I walked out of there head lifted high and feeling empowered by the gentleman who was assisting me. He was so knowledgeable and kind, I was blessed from the experience!

The installation process went better than expected. They had a cancellation so I was able to get in quicker and they got the job done faster than expected. The installer went over the features of the unit with me which was awesome.

our service technicians went above and beyond in scheduling our appointment and making sure our stereo was installed before our trip. They explained how everything worked and helped us order the correct parts for the installation

The sales rep verbally confirmed that installation was included with the purchase, then tried to upcharge when we added speakers...only wanted to install one! We had to speak with several manager...several times to finally get them to honor their sales quote. The service and install time were normal and adequate.
