Gotta say not too happy with the install I came to the store to set a date to install, the gentleman behind the counter set up my install date and handed me a printout to get all the items listed for the install as it is cheaper for me to buy. He listed one of the items wrong and when I came into appointment, instead of rescheduling, the tech they had install it, hard wired it instead, and apparently crossed some wires or something. Now when my music is playing and I’m backing up, the screen shimmers and gets grainy and lines all over. Not real happy. I set an appointment to fix, but missed due to family member passing suddenly. I’m going to reschedule, but they should never have hard wired it with out my pre approval!

Did a good job with the installation, did leave a few marks on the dash. Other wise did a good job. Did have to wait over a month for installation. But, better than installing myself.

I recently had BEST BUY INSTALL AN ADVANCED IN-DASH NAVIGATION UNIT IN MY CAR. IT WORKS GREAT & THE INSTALLIONAL WAS VERY QUICK & VERY PROFESSIONAL

The Geek Squad technician was exceptional. Andy was knowledgeable and personable and was able to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help us understand the functions and how everything works.

just 100 bux and they hooked up my head unit and ran a pair of rc cables and a remote wire so i could hook up 12 inch alpine im in buizness now

The two installers at the Arroyo Crossing location did a wonderful job installing my head unit & back-up camera. They made sure everything was working perfectly such as my gps, satellite radio, etc. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome.

The Installer, Matt Thompson, did a fantastic job installing my new receiver. I would recommend that, anyone buying a car product from Best Buy, go to the Preston Road Frisco TX location, so he will be the installer for you!!!

Awesome Job By the Geek Squad Tech over in Mira Mesa San Diego. Staff are friendly and seems knowledgeable. They will go extra step to explain everything they've done to your car. :)

When I bought my new in-dash sounds system at Best Buy it also came with a deal on installation. The installer was very helpful both before and after. Told me how it would fit and showed me the features after. No problems with finished job.

Great staff, took great care of my car and listened to me very well on how i wanted it installed. its a floating screen so the viewing angles needs to be perfect.

Quick, easy and free - what's not to like about that!

My vehicle required some custom work that Best Buy was able to handle and do a great job with. It took about a week to receive the parts and about 4 hours to install. I always did, and continue to trust Best Buy!

The interface is just like having your iPhone, all the features are there. The only draw back is you have to connect the phone for Apple car play to go into effect. Wish it would happen over blue tooth.

Clint did a great install on my ram 1500 looks great then He brought the truck out and explained how to link it up with blue tooth and setting clock playing CD and DVD all the good stuff. For a non geek like me it was great.

The guy from the Geek Squad that installed my new Alpine radio did an amazing job. New exactly how to install it without leaving any scratches and also new exactly how to install and conceal the gps attachment and microphone. Job well done.

It works ok with some of the steering wheel controls. Service department is the Best.
