We bought two in dash car stereos and had them both installed by Best Buy as part of a package deal. The quality of service can’t be beat, their product knowledge was fantastic and all the work was done ahead of their estimated times!

Geek Squad installed a Kenwood head unit into my car. Installation was included with the purchase so why not. The person installing was very nice but the system they were using was incredibly flawed. At my first appointment, I was informed that I needed 2 additional parts...why wasn't I notified of this when I purchased the head unit? Whatever, I ordered them and rescheduled the installation. At the 2nd appointment, I was told that one of the parts that they had told me to purchase was the wrong part. I now had to buy another part and reschedule the installation again. At the 3rd appointment I was told that the native USB drive in my car would not work as it was MISSING yet another part. Geek Squad said that I could buy the missing part, and reschedule ANOTHER appointment to complete the installation. At this point, I'm over it. It's pretty ridiculous that this whole process took 3 visits and still left the installation incomplete. Overall, I don't fault Geek Squad, as the person helping me was very friendly, but rather the system they used which provided data on which additional parts were needed. The overall experience left me with a sour taste.

The install went great! Car was ready before the promised time. A few days later I went back for more instruction on all the features of the unit and they graciously spent another 20 minutes going over some of the features for a 2nd time!

Install was professional and timely. Tech found that the store (not his store) has completely sold me the wrong thing and he made it right with no additional charge to me. I have since been back to ask a question and he was again patient and kind.

Tech installed my double din deck and reverse cam quick and perfect. After install he also showed us how to navigate through the menus. Will definitely have them install other decks and cans in our son car
