They did an amazing job and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure my stereo was installed correctly. There ended up being an issue with speakers that they couldn't fix but they spent time and effort in trying to fix it.

The agent mounted my dash camera and it has been working pretty good. I am pleased with the results.

I was called early in the day by the installer who said he had a major cancellation and I could bring my truck in to have the new stereo installed. It was done earlier than promised and I was given a thorough demonstration.

My touch screen radio was installed crooked. I called to report the issue, I was told it can be fixed. I am glad that the problem can be repaired, BUT due to my schedule it is inconvenient.

An incredible experience.... done in a mere 45 minutes, and done perfectly. He was friendly and helpful as this was my third attempt to find proper radio. I was shown how to operate my install and would reccomend Best Buy install to anyone that asks.

The tech did a great job at installing and was thorough with the whole process, but for some reason the wired Android Auto wasn't working, I guess he didn't connect the extension properly? I'm not sure. But I've fixed it myself so no worries

Due to the amount of wires that he had to recut, soder, and re-cover up is a huge job in itself and takes a significant amount of time to do yourself. He Installed it very quickly and did everything to perfection.

The gentleman installing my radio was awesome. Plus he was short handed. But managed to get it done in a timely manner. He did a great job.

A couple of trim pieces left off to cover exposed receiver sides and not sure why "required" brackets were not used.

The guys in the install bay at the Roseville Store are awesome. Professional. And do a great job on the install. They have installed several radios for me over the years. It costs a little bit for a job done with great experience.

Took my 2010 Camaro to have a stereo installed and the installer was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. It was done very quickly and to date there have been zero issues!
