It didn't fit my radio size. The Geek squad guy work for almost 3 hours to fine one. In the end it did not happen. He went the extra mile to call friends and different stores to see if they had any.

This radio is alot of product for the money. I enjoy listening to MY Music streaming through my phone. Some of the Apps like Waze, Google Maps, and I Maps are very useful too.

Installed my stereo system, worked through some issues and got it sounding great.

Only had one issue, While installing the radio, the tech forgot to reattach the hazard / anti-sway / air bag buttons. Had to bring back but only took a few minutes to fix.

The guys that did my install were very knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned about my corvette but the process was handled well and my car stereo sounds amazing

The technician did an outstanding job in putting in my new stereo. Wish Best Buy store had more knowledgeable audio sales people to review customers needs and make recommendations.

The installation went well, but the salesperson was WAY off on the cost of the connecting harness and hardware. I was told in the store "around 50 bucks", when in reality it was over $100.

They got me in and out and taken care of if a decent amount of time. The car stereo works and looks great. I appreciate the car stereo installation team at the Salt Lake location.

This is my second Kenwood car stereo. It has a lot of new features that work great. The new touch screen is easy to use and it has a well organised display. It also has a lot of add-on accessories available.

so far my new sound system is Great ! But , it isn't yet completed, so as soon as it is , i will complete this survey.

Audio Technician Todd (Aiea) was very knowledgeable about my DVD install into my Ford F350 and was able to make my whole sound system sound great again. Bought the DVD player from Crutchfield and Best Buy did the install, I still saved $$$$$$.

These installers blow me away every time. As expected, the job was done right the first time and they left no signs that anything had been changed.

I took my radio to the Best Buy in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was so easy and she did a great job installing as well as explaining the features of the device. I only had to wait an hour and it was beyond easy!

I purchased a 9" Pioneer radio to replace the factory radio in our 2015 Highlander. My wife brought the car for the radio to be installed. The installer told her the radio wouldn't fit and talked her into a 6.8" radio. It was smaller than the original radio. I called him after the fact and he insisted the radio wouldn't fit. Also, while the radio says it's satellite radio ready, you need a separate receiver and nobody told us. We returned it and the same installer told me the satellite add-on was no good and to use the app. I ordered the 9" radio through Crutchfield along with the satellite radio receiver and it fits great and works well. (See picture.) Be very cautious if you use Best Buy for installation.
