tech installing was very professional and made sure everything worked as it should before i left and gave me a tutorial to make sure i knew how to work everything.

There was a mix up between Bestbuy.com and Geek Squad. I paid for the installation online with bestbuy and told to make appointment at nearest Bestbuy Store. Got an appoint and was charged again for the installation. Marcus B. my installer caught this an set things straight.
