The Geek Squad mounted and installed my Alpine radio that I bought off of Crutchfield. While the radio looks great, not all the functions work. Only the radio button works. I cant access my settings or Bluetooth. I can plug in my phone and use the apple CarPlay. Also a few weeks ago, the radio started making this awful noise and completely shut down. The only way to get the noise to stop was to shut my car off completely. Definitely need to go back to get some of these things fixed.

The people at best buy was fast and knowledgeable about everything they were going to do to my car. The prices was very fair. And actually did the job under the quote. I'm very happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Install went quick. When it was done the I stall guy showed me how to use my radio

It only took an hour or so for them to install my radio and it looks great. They offered to show me how to use everything but I prefer to figure it out on my own. I was happy with everything.

customer service messed up my order 3 times. they made me an appt at a location that doesnt even install for 2 years now! Then i showed up at next appt and they didnt have all the parts but CS said i was good to go but i was finally able to get it installed and she did a GREAT job!!

They did a great job installing my new radio in my F250. The suggested adapter for steering wheel controls did not fully function, the installer went the extra mile to find a unit which provided all of the functions. Thanks

I have had stereo units, speakers, amps and controls installed in numerous automobiles by the techs at Bestbuy. Zach and Jordon have always been very professional and they know how to install these products the correct way and on time.

The installers were great, I couldn't possibly say enough about how accommodating they were. They were extremely professional and helpful. I got lost finding the store and was late for my appointment and they still managed to help me out and did a fantastic job.

The agent did a great job of installing dvd deck and a back up camera for my wife’s car. He explained how to operate the deck, set up the Bluetooth and ensured that the camera was working properly.
