This is my 3rd or 4th radio and or speaker system I have had installed by Best Buy. I have been super satisfied on all the installs! No complaints at all. Fast and Friendly service...What more could you ask for

As I have stated previously the BestBuy Geek Squad installer at our local BestBuy did and outstanding job, he was waiting for me as I had the first install of the day, got me in and out in less than scheduled time. Not a problem at all. Great job.

It only took an hour or so for them to install my radio and it looks great. They offered to show me how to use everything but I prefer to figure it out on my own. I was happy with everything.

The Geek Squad mounted and installed my Alpine radio that I bought off of Crutchfield. While the radio looks great, not all the functions work. Only the radio button works. I cant access my settings or Bluetooth. I can plug in my phone and use the apple CarPlay. Also a few weeks ago, the radio started making this awful noise and completely shut down. The only way to get the noise to stop was to shut my car off completely. Definitely need to go back to get some of these things fixed.

The guys really knew what they were talking about. Came on the floor to answer questions the sales rep wasn't sure about. Finished the install before the scheduled time. I'd definitely return

I’m puzzled why my sirius radio reciever was removed, during the Pioneer head unit installation…. Especially after I received 4 free months service…. How is that supposed to work out ? It’s Thanksgiving, so no one answers the phone, Ill have to spend another 8 hours waiting for the installation to get re-done….

Everything was done correctly and it almost looks stock!

The agent did a great job of installing dvd deck and a back up camera for my wife’s car. He explained how to operate the deck, set up the Bluetooth and ensured that the camera was working properly.

Technician did a nice job of installing my Pioneer in dash unit in my 2011 F150 pickup. Microphone wire was routed cleanly and well hidden. Would let them install again!
