the installer was very prompt installing. was done quickly and very professionally. would have best buy install another one

I will not go anywhere other than Best Buy to have electronics installed in my car. The Best Buy install bay is absolutely amazing and they guarantee their work. I've had bad experiences elsewhere so now I'm sticking with Best Buy!

The installers we're extremely professional, courteous, I did not try to sell me anything but I did not need. After the install they explained all of the features of the new system. We were very impressed with their level of customer service.

We had some issues, but Best Buy took care of me. The radio is installed and works great!

Usually I install all my own stereo equipment but the stereo I purchase included free install. Consulted with the install rep before he began and the end result met my strict standards. Plus they stand by their work.

I bought my stereo and made the appointment and went to it. They had the car in front of me done and out of the bay. They threw my stereo in and off i went. Jamming my tunes down the road. Perfect service

Technician did a nice job of installing my Pioneer in dash unit in my 2011 F150 pickup. Microphone wire was routed cleanly and well hidden. Would let them install again!

I purchased all the components online for a new multimedia touchscreen radio. Went to Best Buy and got an estimate of $220. Went to them because the install team seemed to know what they were doing when I was shopping (I didn't buy from BB because the sales staff didn't). The estimate was a LOT of money but I wanted to get it done, wanted it done right, and they seemed to know what they were doing. Scheduled the install for the following week. Guys at work said I was out of mind to go there. I insisted it would be okay. The install took less than an hour (they estimated 2) so I stuck around at the store. Gave them my phone number, looked at movies and stuff, got the call they were done. When I went to pay they told me the bill was $260--$40 higher than the estimate. For 1 hour of labor, no parts. I asked why it was higher than the estimate and got some hoohah about how something wasn't added in, that was the cost, yadayada. I put the charge on my BB deferred payment plan but I let them know I wasn't happy about it. There were a couple of things I had asked them to do differently so I figured for $260 it should be as I asked. I called and spoke to the install guy in charge, explained what I wanted fixed, and mentioned that I was not happy about the higher charge. He said he would look into it. I went for the fix; they were pleasant enough and made the changes. When I was checking out I asked about the $40 credit. He told me he could not discount it since I had not bought the items at BB, that they hadn't added in another charge but weren't going to charge me more (what?). I was going to leave it at that but the more I thought about it the more irritated I was. I went back into the store and asked to speak with the manager. He was out so I talked to the second guy in charge. He told me that BB does not give estimates. I told him I had been given an estimate, and if the actual work was going to be more than the estimate I should have received a call. I told him that I thought that $220 was a lot of money for one hour of work but I had not agreed to $260--and was it their expectation that I should agree blindly to whatever charge? He resisted, I persisted. Finally he said they would give me the $40 credit--I'm sure only to get me out of his face. I would definitely NOT go back to BB for any kind of install. It worked out but only because I wouldn't go away until it did. Had I looked around at other install places, I undoubtedly would have gotten a better deal with a whole lot less hassle. Oh well, lesson learned. Hopefully someone else will learn from me.

I sent in to get my new car stereo installed and the tech was awesome. He took great care of me and my truck. He made time to explain all of the features and how to use everything. This was a great experience.

Install was great every thing was nice and clean the only reason I gave four stars is because the person that took the order was rood and I guess he wasn't happy that he has a job.

These guys really know their stuff. everything was hooked up ready to go in less than 15 mintues

They did a good job but they left my car kinda messy. It would have been nice if they could have vacuumed up all the dust and debris. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

They were very professional and the dashboard looks better than the factory radio!!! They setup everything for me (clock, bluetooth settings, etc). They even gave me an overview of how it works. It is great!!!
