Install was great l, tech was awesome, but they didn't properly reconnect my glove box, and my park assistant no longer operates.

Tech installed my in dash stereo quickly and had it set up for me. Was friendly and answered all my questions I had for options I could do later. Very pleased with my installer.

I really would recommend that everyone get their installation done at Best Buy. The guy seem to be able to resolve any issue. They're very knowledgeable. The work looks great. I have had them complete the install on two of my vehicles.

Installation services Were absolutely wonderful! I had purchased these items elsewhere but the technician installed them like A pro and in a timely manner! He was courteous and also gave a lot of helpful hints.

I purchased a Sony XAV-AX100 car stereo from Best Buy which actually came with free installation excluding parts. Installation was a breeze and I'm very happy with my new car stereo.

I love this touch screen radio ! My only problem is why can't it remember the radio stations when your battery is dead ? Such a simple thing must radios do........

Lots of confusion with the staff trying to schedule the appointment but I couldn't be happier with the install. The Tech was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Made up for the initial uneasiness with the experience.

I will be hesitant to use the service again. Not because of the technician or the job he did but the timing of the job. I was asked to be at my appointment 10 minutes early. Which I was. I rang the bell, no one came nor did anyone bother to come and tell me that my technician would be there right at 10 and it takes him 20 minutes to prep before he can do the job. Essentially due to how appointments are booked 30 minutes of my day was wasted. However if I was say 30 minutes late, no doubt my appointment would have been canceled. A phone call or someone simply letting me know 1. The technician was signing in and it might take a minute. Or 2. His partner was out and he was the only one in the shop would have went a long way. Apparently Best Buy just wants my money and cares less about customer service. There were plenty of people in the store who could have helped the technician out that day with logistics of answering the doorbell.

Could not use because they were so booked up with COVID and Christmas installs. They were good with assisting me on which deck to choose, and which install kit to buy.
