    Excellent product very poor customer service.The oculus rift after approximately six uses left Eyelins stopped working. Tried several times with geek squad to get it fixed but told me it's not Best Buy responsibility. Trying to reach oculus customer support is impossible.

    One "Geek" knew a little about some things, the other "Geek" knew about other things. In the end after they left the Oculus froze and my husband hasnt touched it since then. If i could return it, i woyld. What a waste if money and their time.

    He came into the home, attached the correct cords and started downloading game while spending 20 minutes texting his friends. Did not provide any insight that would help me learn to use the device at all. Just stated "do this, then this ..." and figured I knew what this was. When asked to help me learn it he answered "if you have ten year old grandkids, they will know!" Except for the right plugs in the right place - he was useless!
