    No show marked completed?? How is this possible?

    Not completed. Tech no showed. Called and was told he would be on site within 20 mins. Had audacity of marking order completed. Never called, emailed or sent any notification that he would not be coming in fact I was told the opposite by two different employees. Store itself gave runaround after 4 separate calls. Last year 2 techs installing Tv were fantastic and it earned the store my loyalty. Made appointment with them because I am physically unable to complete the task. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Worst customer service I’ve experienced ever. It’s very sad because staff I dealt with last year was competent, knowledgeable and personable. If Best Buy allows any employee to mark a job completed without showing up they have fallen very far. I know of no other industry where you are able to not show up, not notify a customer and keep employment. I plan on speaking to the store manager.

    We had an appointment, no one ever came. I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get thru to a person. Tried a chat and asked what happened, they said we were rescheduled (no one notified us), then ended the chat. I also tried calling a salesperson who gave me the manager’s number, left a voicemail message and it’s been one week later, still haven’t received a call back.

    You didn't install my console. You wanted to give me appointment in 3 weeks. I was not willing to wait so long. I installed it by myself. I really don't like the fact that when I try to make an appointment I have to wait for weeks for someone to come. That is totally wrong. Also there is no direct number to the local store geek squad.. When I tried to contact geek squad I got someone in foreign country . You service right now is horrible. It was good before. Now it is waist of money.

    Never go the joystick to work,both techs said they knew nothing about the equipment I had. Not going to do business with them anymore.

    Console issues....

    Recently bought a console. Been awhile since I've owned one. Followed all of the consoles instructions. Let my first game load up. Nothing. Did this about 5 times. Seriously thought I had maybe skipped a step. Called up the Geek squad for a visit. They came. Checked up my set up. Everything I did was correct. Come to find out the game your could only use a connection or Wi-Fi to play. Would've been nice of the manufacturer to clearly state this on the front of the games packaging. And not lost in the miniscule two paragraphs on the bottom back of the case. Which I literally needed a magnifying glass to read. A big thanks to the guys and gals of the geek squad. For all their help so far.

    Non-Working Product

    Purchased Logitech G29 steering Wheel for Play Station 5. Geek Squad could not get it to work. Called Logitech and they could not get it to work and said I had a damaged product. Exchanged it for a new one and that one would also NOT work. Got a third one and that was also Non-Functional. 1 hour trip for each exchange!
