I absolutely love that I was able two have my Chromebook setup Buy Geek Squad! I am not tech savvy when it comes to the electronic devices. I am sure I could have figured out how to set it up or looked it up online to increase my knowledge. However I don't have time for things like that and I probably don't have the patience either. They were able to get this setup for me and no time at all and answer any questions that I had.

Honestly, the Air Pods I purchased required no assistance but I knew I could count on Best Buy if indeed I did have questions. In store pick up however was quick and easy. They notified me via email when my order was in and ready for pick up (which was a full day earlier than estimated originally). Pick up instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The person that helped me at the order pick up counter was very friendly and wasted no time grabbing my order and getting me out the door to enjoy my purchase. I have zero patience and was excited to pick up my order. I was able to track order processing and shipment details as I waited that whole 2-3 days. LoL

The HD on my desktop had just crashed. The next question was where to bring it to be fixed. There are a few establishments that fix PC's yet I didn't know their reputation or anyone who used them as a reference. I knew the reputation of the Geek Squad and it was good. I brought my desktop there. They were excellent! I was advised on every step to get my PC working again. I was completely satisfied with their work. I now have a pace to bring my sick PC into.

These guys are the best. They will look at your product, listen to what you have to say, and use their knowledge and skills to give you good advice. Even when the news is not good, they will have suggestions for the next step, or what kind of upgrade is needed to get you back to work. I really appreciated their advice and help when my tablet finally bit the dust. They even helped me find one with the features I wanted that was on sale.

Did not think that for the price of that protective cover that there would only be ( 1) in the box for 14.99, and the poor guy had to keep getting new ones until he finally got it almost right 4 times! It still has bubbles in upper left corner so I'll be going back to see if it can be fixed. The young kid was very courteous and explained that he really didn't know that much about Apple watches.

There are things that i can do myself when it comes to an easy set up, but when it comes to slightly difficult delivery or set up it can be easier to just let them take care of it. If you don't know its worth it to have them set it up and just show you.

If you don't know what your doing with an electronic purchase and need help, the in store set up and advice is great to start. Best Buy has an employee that is either entirely or somewhat knowledgeable in the stores products making it worthwhile.

Now this is what I'm talking about, make an appointment, they set it up and go over everything when you pick it up. Easy peasy. AND if you have to make another appointment or change the one you have you can do so online. How much easier can it be!!!!

Very friendly easy to talk to you, they break it down so you can understand. I would use them over and over. I did have a problem hooking up my new 4K system and they knew exactly what to do. It’s the way it should be.

The instore team at Geek squad was great. I needed a tough data transfer from a broken laptop and they did a great job. I also had to exchange laptop again. I interacted with at least 3 different technicians and they were all very knowledgeable but also very patient as I'm not a tech savvy person.

I was really pleased to see that the people assigned to help me were truly knowledgeable and yet not so presumptuous as to not explain what they were doing. It was a quick and smooth process and I was off to use my purchase.

I must admit that Best Buy has the best technical assistance in the business as they are knowledgeable and friendly. For this reason, I continue to shop Best Buy as I know if I ever have an issue they are there to asssist.

I don't know this was that hard to set up? I don't know what you need the geeks for ? I appreciate the offer very much! I hope the offer still stands, I may need it someday, but for now I'm jamming .

Geek was not busy and told me nothing as he set it up. No one did. I had to go online to learn to use it. Disappointed as I bought all of my devises there for years and was accustomed to excellent service before.

We sat with one of The Geek Squad technicians for about 30 minutes and reviewed some of the features and basic functionality of this camera it was very helpful and the person was quite professional.

Spend about a few minutes to geek guys. They help you learn how to use some control moves for this new AirPods. And set up personal settings through computer. Good free guide , very helpful. Thanks

The wonderful part about the geek squad, is that they are dependable. Any questions you may have, they are there with the answers. They are quite helpful and get the job done quickly.

The geek squad in store set up was more than I expected. I had purchased a set of Bose headsets, I know, how much instruction could you possibly get here, they are headphones. I was surprised at how much value they would be able to add. The setup instructions were easy, didn't see any value here, but when they began to explain how and where the headphones begin to wear, such as ear pads, how to remove and order new ones, they talked about the strengths and weaknesses in these over another brand. I felt good in my decision as they could have tried to steer me towards a more expensive set. None of that. Just plan old good advice in setup and how to use.

Patient with all my questions, summarized things that he just showed me. Very knowledgable with cameras and honest about what my new camera could do and not do.
