My units are fairly close together and go through a wall and cabinet. Quality of video is very good, only rare delay and it is momentary. It is set up to transmit from the cable box. I changed the remote to RF and did not use the IR blaster cables. RF for the remote is very fast and reliable. A good solution when you cant run a cable, or the cost of doing is more than this setup.

They work great other than the occasional disruption of signal going threw a cinderblock wall with metal sheeting at a distance of 25 ft. I’m impressed because most things don’t get a signal through. We are using them for our Digital Menu boards as we were tired or replacing HDMI cables that the service provider sent us. No more wire issues. They are on for 15 hours per day. Been working so far.

This would be a five star product for ease of setup and use. We lose the wireless signal several times a day (system automatically restores) but once in a while we get a horrible distorted color and have to pull the power from the base and satellite unit.

Set up was easy and works as advertised. Only problem is the boxes get very hot

Very easy too set up and use. Range is about 50 feet with 3 walls.

The transmitter and receiver work perfectly. No lags or image degradation. It works very well to transmite pictures and HD video. It rates for 150 ft. At have it placed at 50ft with no problems. It tends to get very hot yet I used it for 7hr a day for 5 consecutive days and it continue to work like a charm.

My cable provider doesn't offer a wireless box which was a problem for my main TV which is in a location that can't be wired. This IOGEAR solved the problem by allowing us to wirelessly connect to a cable outlet in another room. It was super easy to set up and use.

I would rate this with SIX STARTS if could. I put a TV in my garage to keep up on the college and NFL games while I am tending to yard work or just working out. I move to a new house and did not want to put holes in my walls and especially break any seal between my garage and my interior living area. Saw this on the shelf and asked the salesperson about it to deconflict with another product. He mentioned that this one seemed to be selling okay. Once I got home...I have two rooms which equals two walls between DIRECTV box and my TV. I have a TV inside with an HDMI splitter...crystal clear picture and the remote even works; I can change the channel from outside in the garage and reach the DIRECTV box inside my home.

This serves it's purpose. The signal looks works most the time but be careful of anything in the path of the signal. Even a person walking between them can alter the signal.

Didn't have a way to connect between the cable box and where I mounted the TV, so thought I'd give this a try. These were easy to setup and connect. There's no lag on the TV video or audio. Very happy with the results.

Product is good but every now and then loses signal. The receiver is only about 12 feet from the TV with a clear shot. We use this for our Comcast box to our TV so we can position the TV anywhere in the living room. Overall, good product but could work better.

Got for tv on my patio, easy setup, great quality.. didn't want to have to worry about expensive hdmi cables, highly recommended from store rep.. luv it, picture quality and ease of setup was awesome!

we have several of the units that use an HDMI 'dongle' as the transmitter, and have a receiver on the TV. they do NOT work right if the pc falls asleep. this unit is very simple but seems to work very well

This product worked well with good 1080P picture quality. I reconfigured my living room which left my coax connection on a separate wall from my tv. I wanted to see if this product would work well enough to eliminate the need to install a new coax jack. It did work well with the transmitter in a closed cabinet and the receiver connected to the tv across the room, however, unless the receiver was in front of the tv in the open it had poor connection quality and would pixelate or completely disconnect frequently. If the receiver was unobstructed it worked really well with better than expected picture quality.

These do a pretty good job for being consumer grade hdmi transmitters. I wouldn't recommend it if you need the video and audio to be synced up though, but if you just need to transmit a video signal these work great. Fun Fact, if you were to buy 2 sets of these and transmit 2 different feeds to 2 different monitors, it is possible. It might take a couple tries at unplugging and replugging in the transmitters and receivers so they go to the correct monitor, but unlike other HDMI transmitters that will completely flip out, you can use 2 different set ups at the same time, even thought its not recommend.

I have been using this for a while now to shoot hdmi to my shed from the house. And so far has been working very well, can be spotty if line of sight is slightly obstructed, but other than that great product! Serves its purpose.

Great product for sending HDMI video and audio. I transmit full video conferencing interface and there's no perceptible lag. Exactly what we needed!

really cool devices.was able to use this and a hdmi splitter the have my playstation on 2 tvs. So I cna play when my wife is watching TV. Perfect

Setting my home theater I ran in some cable run difficulties... Needed to still make the hdmi connections with quality output... This device did job, easy to us and straightforward. More updates to follow!
