Use on my tile kitchen floor weekly. Saves my back!

Really good robot, vut my biggest issue it when it trying to go over a floor transition.

Works very well. But make sure you run dry pad first or it will leave streaks

Great little mop. You still need a regular mop as this won’t hit every little crack. I like it

Use in kitchen every few days. Very thorough and gets almost all nooks and crannies. Periodically spray a little disinfectant on tile and let mopper go to work. No streaks and dries quickly. Bought one for son too because most of his floor in house is laminate flooring. Highly recommended for routine cleaning. Does a great job

I love being able to schedule when and time to run it. Also I can select how much water to disperse.

This is my second one, as I made the mistake of not removing the tank between uses on my first one (remove the tank and leave the reservoir open between uses to let it dry out). Does a good job of mopping without leaving streaks

First the negatives. The mop uses a lot of solution so I can’t use it as often as I would like. Additionally the mop reports that it is out of water when there is plenty. Removing the tank and replacing it seems to fix the issue. Otherwise I love to watch this thing in action. Does it decent job of mopping the floor. Would not pay full price for this.

I am not "app" savvy...….so I don't know how to use the app! Should have bought the one without the app!!!! ($200 less).

I love my robot mop. It makes life so much easier.

I gave this product a one after absolutely loving it until I Robot forced a very buggy update since then the map acts like it's drunk loses its smart maps has trouble finding the docking station takes forever to complete each job And the worst of all is I Robot's customer service i have reached out 5 times in the last month to them requesting them to roll me back to the last update I finally received a response 3 weeks at all saying they would and they still haven't I have not been able to use my braava M6 since. Had a little trouble getting the jet to work but the customer service was awesome.

It’s an awesome tool to be able to do things and get messes cleaned up

Great when it works but the pads make it stick more often than not.

This robot is great for in between regular stream moping.

Works great. Makes several passes over all the rooms.

got this and Roomba, what a team! Needs a little more attention than the vacuum but happy with the performance

Doesn't go to my kitchen because of small elevation in the floor. However the vacuum travel well, the mop does not.

great product but definitely can be improved. do not expect scrub level clean... is good for wiping the floors.
