It does everything but the windows. Seriously I'm impressed this is the robot mop. I also use the robot vaccum by Samsung. I don't worry about my floors anymore. I even fired the maid

Its cool and it does an ok job, it will never be as good as if you grabbed a mop and did it yourslef.

I bought this product and in less than 2 weeks I had issues with it. The ring light on the top just kept spinning and never went out of that loop so I ended up returning it for a new device since I just thought it was a one unique isolated unit that just was bad and made it through the quality checks they must have. the second mop started working great and no issues for a couple of months until it just stopped charging the battery, I did everything the app suggest you to do in order to bring it back to life but all I could do was getting to the point it turned on again while on the home base charging and it gave me the alarm for defective battery. I tried to returned this device again to best buy but they told me this was already passed the return period. I was very disappointed at this since I did think that best buy would take in consideration that the same device broke on me for 2 different reasons and I really did not want to keep it. Now I got stuck with it and I will try to go with iRobot directly as recommended by chat agent I talked to which by the way was very polite, gentle and helpful, thanks for your good work Kathy M. I hope Best Buy reads this and gets my experience and maybe other customers so they have better exceptions for specific situations like mine and also so they can have a better selection of the devices they sell to us.

After purchasing the iRobot for my wife, the next purchase was the Brava Jet mop, very happy with how the item works and also it cooperates with the IRobot.

i bought this unit and have used it a few times but it keeps running out of charge before it docks itself.my floors are large but i don't understand why it doesn't return

I have the iRobot 960 “Bert” and whenever it’s done vacuuming it tells “Ernie” to start mopping. I love how I can program digital fences as well with this.

The product is a good idea, but for the price you are paying it is not worth it. We bought this on December of 2021. This product has been unable to clean one time our place in the same way or to recognize the area correctly. We thought on making sure every furniture was on the same place every night so it would be easier for the machine to clean but it did not help. Every day it cleans differently, it takes very long time to clean, and now it does not even spray water.

Product is very good but besybuy price match guarantee is pathetic. Don’t honor package price guarantee

This device has made my life so much easier. With 2 little ones and a dog, my floors are constantly dirty. Not anymore! It’s great to leave the house and return home to clean floors!

It’s simple, efficient and amazing for the price! Worth every penny, would buy another one for upstairs too if we had hard floors

Navigation is very poor. It doesn’t use the map from iRobot vacuum. I used it 5 times and had problems every time.

Leaves streaks and runs out of cleaning fluid halfway through the job because it gets lost and gies over the same spots multiple times.

We loved this product when we first purchased it. Over time, however, it has developed the need to be reprogrammed on a somewhat frequent basis. We plan to buy another product to replace it.

the idea of this is great but it does some stupid stuff and it needs to have the pads changed a lot or else it does not do a very good job once they get the bugs out this will be a great product.

I wasn't sure I would like a robotic mop but this has been a handy addition to my home. It uses enough liquid to clean up things like coffee drips without leaving the floors too wet.

I love being able to tell the robot to mop our floor. Works well and it quickly figured out the room. Connected it to Alexa as well, and it is easy to operate in the app.

This is a time saver. We have a cement floor throughout the house and It has no trouble navigating. It really is amazing how accurate it is moving around.

Wowwwwww! It’s so smart to not mop the carpeted areas. Cleans in perfect lines. So perfect. Recharges and keep going. However, will need to change the pad.

This little mop does it all. Be mindful to fill the tank as it uses cleaning liquid quickly.
