Must read before buying Braava m6 mop.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed! We bought a combo pack consisting of the S9+ and the braava m6. The vacuum worked fair at best. The m6 however will not transition from one surface to another where the surface difference exceeds 3 mm without getting stuck. I researched and this is a known problem. I have a tile entryway as well as tile in the kitchen this M6 will not go from the kitchen to the entryway without getting stuck so therefore it is absolutely useless for anyone that is trying to do multiple hard surfaces with carpet or rugs in between. Because of this design flaw both of these items will be returned. Very disappointed!

I had this product for under 2 years. It is now reporting an error that it cannot work because the battery is too low. I have replaced the battery to be faced with the same error. I attempted to contact iRobot support and they pretty much said since it was past the one year warranty, I could get $75 credit to get a new one. At this price point the product should last more than it has. This company swindles you into buying a disposable machine.

The only reason for the 4 start review is it seems to take more time mapping than the Roomba vacuum. I’m hopeful in time that it will map as well as the vacuum. It would be nice if you could utilize existing maps.

Yes, it leaves streaks. Yes, it will not go over any breaks between floors. By that I mean from hardwood floors to tile. Even if you have perfect level floors, this thing leaves streaks everywhere!
