Tank started leaking two months after used. Contacted Best Buy and they will not own up to it/

This thing has only become more and more terrible with time and their aoftware updates. I tried it once before to see how it did and eh it got stuck on even low rugs now it didnt get stuck on any rugs but it still wipped far too onto a rug. It used to be able to go over the thresholds now it seems it lost understanding how to. Not sure what’s going at irobot but this mopping robot is a mess i went back to their older product that they discontinued lol.

Love it cause im lazy. I dont have to get up and mop anymore. I just tell google to mop ny house.

The robot had extreme difficulty undocking. Then it just streaked the floor. after hours of frustration and a week of disappointment, I returned the product It would be thumbs down for me

Battery life is less than 1.5 years and new battery costs 90$. I wouldnt have bought if i had read reviews on their parts website. My battery died 5 months after warranty. Product is good, but cant pay 90$ within 1,5 years. I have roomba which is running for 3.5 years with no issues.

2 months after the purchase the sprayer failed and we had to return it. When it did work it was great. We just wish that it could travel over carpet to get to the tile floor in the house.

It has troubles to map the hous, looks like the software is completely different to the robot vacuum... do not buy it I had to return it

It worked exceptionally well for 2 weeks until it stopped spraying water and now streaks the floors.

I love it except sometimes she doesn’t know The area, but maybe we need to work on that..

Excellent product. Made my life easy. Time if cleaning is perfect to do my entire house.

I think that the mop would be excellent if it worked as good as the vacuum my opinion the mapping process is lackluster at best maybe firmware update would fix just saying

Better than the vacuum but the first one was defective off the bay as it refused to detect water in the water tank and took too much fiddling to get it to start. Mobile app is pretty terrible as well.

I returned this. As it would not travel over any type of threshold. Worthless if you have different floors.

Worst purchase. Has so many issues compared to my Shark robot vacuum. Really really sad that the Shark vac/mop robot was not out yet when I purchased this. It has so many issues with docking/undocking and tracking and leaves terrible streaks, no matter what pad or product I've tried using. I've moved it to several different locations to try to improve operations, without success. I did not use it right away so I missed the window to return. Otherwise, I would have absolutley returned it and gotten my money back!

Works great but takes time. Mops pretty good. Has multiple options for mopping

Just ok. After reading reviews I thought it would be great but I am guessing my mopping area is too large. Takes a long time to finish. Cleans just ok. Only use if I already mopped and just need little cleaning.

Just got the brava mop it works great and leaves your floors feeling clean!

My home was not very complicated however this thing couldn’t figure out how to clean around the boarders of a rug that was centered in the dinning room. Got stuck everywhere. Just annoying.
