It might be ok for very low traffic areas but not for kitchen or other more used soaces. Leave water marks, not worth it

I wanted to love this thing! I hate mopping. This thing leaves streaks all over my grey wood floor. I've tried everything. Using my S9 first. Follow it with a dry sweep. Then do a heavy mop. Then dry sweep again. Then run water only. Then dry sweep. Then I tried the microfiber pads. I even tried using distilled water. NOTHING absolutely nothing stops the streaks. I wish I could find a robot that worked. In other news, I love my s9+

Was looking forward to adding this into the mix with my roomba. It does an ok job, but with a large house you have to add fluid and change pads too often

Basically, we bought this as a gift to ourselves for buying our 1st home. We kept the mop in the box until we moved in our house a month later, we were missing the drip tray and the power cord. Due to us being outside of Best Buy’s 15day window, they weren’t able to do anything to correct the mistake. So we bought a product that we couldn’t even use. The actual company iRobot made it right and is helping us. Just hate that we spent almost $400 for something we can’t use. Either check the box, or order directly from iRobot.

I wasn't sure what to expect but being a single parent of 3 kids and 3 dogs I would try. I have a lot of hard floors. I had this for like 3-4 days and no matter what I did it would get lost or stuck. The times it did work it smeared because it can only use 1 pad. Great idea but would work better with water tank and a very strong suction. Might be good for like 1-2 home with no pets. Don't want to bash it because might work great for a different house hold.

I retuned this product. Absolutely love the vacuum. This did not clean as well and was much more effort to use. I would be interested if someone had a better experience

The initial setup is easy and intuitive. After setting up the base, unpacking and putting on a dry mop pad, it took a just a few minutes and the app was connected without a hitch. I have noticed that the unit will just randomly start chiming while docked in the middle of the night. I haven't been able to figure out what the chiming is for yet - but just something to know about.
After getting the M6 started, it will need to run a few times through your home to complete a map. I had some concerns about how it would navigate rugs and obstacles, but to my surprise, it a did a great job for the most part. My only real issue was dealing with a tile kitchen floor and laminate dining room. It didn’t seem to ever experience any issue go from the dining room to the kitchen – but would get stuck every time trying to go from the kitchen to the dining room.
One of the great features about the app is being able to define rooms. Being able to send the mop just off to the kitchen if needed is great. You can also schedule full home mop/sweep on a schedule.
I can see maintenance getting a little expensive with the disposable mops heads needing to be replaced regular. I’m not sure if they are available yet – but I’d like to see some M series washable dry and wet mop pads.
As for the performance of the actual cleaning, the dry sweep was pretty nice when just dealing with dust and hair. The mop feature was good, not great. It did an acceptable job cleaning up your everyday dirt but struggled with more serious grime. For me, I don’t know that it makes hand mops a thing of the past, but it makes them a far more infrequently used item.

It stopped spraying after 3 uses. I had a cheap one that I bought for $200 that lasted for 2 years with no problems and thought the Bravia would be a nice upgrade. It was just a waste of money and time. I tried contacting customer service, but the do not answer the phone, and the messaging portal on their website doesn’t work.
