When the mop works it’s decent but that rarely happens. I’ve had it for 3 months now and I’m on my 4 one from irobot they keep braking or freezing up and can’t be fixed. I do not recommend getting this at all!!!

Roomba apologized for the issue claiming that they sold far more mops than expected, but didn't have the foresight to produce the required. cleaning solution.

Also does not have the same technology to avoid pet waste, mine went through cat puke. Dragging it across the floor and getting it stuck on the wheels and all over the bottom of the mop.

It started having issues 2 days ago where it constantly has error messages and will not run. Paid $400 for it. Now it is past the stupid 15 day window for returns. Now I have a $400 paper weight as it sits here in the box. VERY UPSET AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST BEST BUY PURCHASE.

Was not satisfied with it at all. All it did was go over the floor and leave a small wet strip, didn’t even clean spots off the floor. DON’T BUY!!!

The spray has multiple settings, but none are right. Either over sprays and you have wet walls or under sprays and you don't have enough to clean the area. Returned and sticking with older model.

We bought it since we have the roomba vacuum and love it was hoping this would be as good it isn’t it can’t go over the transition in our home so it would be just a one room robot unless we picked it up and took it room to room at that point it isn’t much point in spending all that money for the m6

It leaves a trail as it moves around because of the imprint of the wheels. Does not mop with the best quality. Did check a lot of reviews and videos before buying but when we use it it does not give the best cleaning experience. Not satisfied with it and did return it.

The machine needs a lot more scrubbing power. If you have tiles, the flat mop doesn’t clean the grout. Instead it pushes more dirt there. I regret buying it. Wanted to return, but passed the 15 day limit.

First time out of the dock yields proper docking and undocking . After that , refer to the first sentence. If the docking undocking issue is resolved, the Product would be at least 4 stars.

This works half the time the other half I have to try to keep the tank filled at all time otherwise it will not work. It leaves streaks in my floor and no way to clean the nozzle, I had to talk to tech support in India for an hour Im Done going back to best buy
