It takes 2-3 hours to mop an 800sft. I thought it would take lot of time initially during the mapping phase. But it always takes 2+ hours. It is not expected from a reputed brand.

Very sadly I cannot recommend this as it doesn't effectively clean any of my floors. I really wanted to like it and use it in conjunction with the iRobot vaccums - and the wifi option seemed to be a good option for scheduling, but the cleaning is highly unsatisfactory in my opinion.

We had to return the product because the charging cable wouldn’t stay plugged into the unit. It didn’t charge enough for us to try it out. Bought it as a present for my mother, but when it wouldn’t charge she didn’t want to even try another unit.

Perfect match with my Roomba J7+. I sweep then follow up with the mop. Make sure you dock it in a space so it has plenty of room to turn around on it wont work.

I’ve been using Braava for almost 2 years, so far charging base has been replaced, terminals from the new charging base sanded because rust, now the spayer noozzle doesn’t work properly, only solution is repair it at 132 USD, ridiculous

Worked ok when it did work. I don’t think it got a good deep clean because there wasn’t ouch downward force. Bought it to help with paw prints and sometimes it would leave the paw prints. We have hard water where I live and the water jammed the sprayer. Had to return it as it stopped working.

We were excited to get this to go with our rhoomba, but the mop wouldnt map our house at all. Kept doing our little hallway then telling us job complete.

Still trying to figure out I feel like it dry sweeps and don’t wet mop

Broke after 8 months. Forgot to contact Best Buy and now past the 1 year warranty. Won’t dispense fluid after 8 months

Did not pickup well. Not what I expected.i would not recommend

The first one pickup was already broken, will not connect, so I exchanged for another. This braava jet isnt good, it leaves streaks and doesn’t clean well. Do jot expect it to be good as the Roomba Vaccum. Honestly, Better to just get ur mop out and get it done right.

Had 3 of these that the power cord wouldn't seat in. The 4th one the cord seated but the liquid poured into the interior and out, soaking the pad and the counter I had it on. Not trying it again.

Not what I expected does not clean between the tiles.

Will not buy again. Actually, I returned it. Once it mopped it would leave a “damp” smell around the house. It also had the hardest time going over thresholds. Even after using the smart mapping feature.

Not happy with the purchase. Doesn't clean good...

It did not work properly from the beginning and two weeks after the purchase it gave a no.23 battery error and it is still damaged, we are in contact with the company and they will tell if it needs to be changed.

Its great for simple clean up. But not happy with it at all. The charging station is rusting from the wet pad. Dont recommend

This product is awful for vinyl floors. We tried everything even manually mopping beforehand to see if this robot could at least help maintain. Immediately after hand/manually mopping we tested it and this product left residue and track lines.

Does a decent job IF you are away from home for a long period or have a small job. Does a small area at a time and is slow. Now the iRobot vacuum cleaners are excellent. Returned mop as it has no value to me. Retired and home a lot since Covid.

This product wash cycle doesn't work as designed. It keeps getting clogged, I returned the first one for same reason
