Poor performance and doesn’t work. Last update was not done 100% and it keeps showing hardware error

We problema had high expectations after see the video and how easy was to use. But it does not work at all for hard floors. The iRobot only work is the floor is already pre-clean, otherwise, only smear the dirty areas.

It’s been the second time exchanging this item .Forst die at about 3 months and second started leaking a lot of water

I got one last year for Christmas used x3 and died. Got the newer model did 1 path then said put pad on it was on going back to store. This is a piece of junk don’t waste your money. Definitely not the quality of my iRobot vacuum.

Literally have had this thing for a few hours. It wont charge. The cable wont stay in. For something that is $400+ youd think this wouldn't happen

I upgraded to this model. It does very well. I like the zoning feature so I don’t have to manage it all at one time.

Retuned. Did not work at all the way it said. Tile floors and could not seem to get it right.

Not what i expected other than where it sprays the water fell off an now it drips

Maybe it’s fine for low traffic sreas but it doesnt seem to clean deep enough for our needs. Will be returning.

Worked fine for more than a year. Now wont start. The white light in constantly on. Tried rebooting still the problem persist. Gonna try their support service. Hopefully it can be fixed

The worst IRobot I ever had. It was defective so I had to return it in less than 12 hours. It was a joke when I turned it on. I think it takes forever to clean a small area.

It’s decent at best. It sprays the floor and then runs over it, leaving tracks everywhere. It is far from a deep clean, but good for upkeep.

It didn't get edges and had a lot of blind spots after mapping a lot. Where it did was good though.

Cleaning pads are in front of the wheels. So wheels leave streaks through your newly cleaned floor. Poor design. Will be returning.

I like it because it helps alot but it does run out of liquid fairly quickly for a 2000 sq feet home

It just drug dirk everywhere. Left the entire floor dirty

Bought it to pair with Roomba and it would not go over the strips in the house. Tried everything that was listed on line to fix the problem. Needs better tech for drops.

Not good item for pets and children run out of pads very fast, leaving puddles at various places, but to be honest company is spending good amount of money on marketing.

Not for me. It worked great day one but the next run nothing but errors and reset after reset only allowed it to run for a minute or two before the next error. Returned to Best Buy

I wanted to be able to use as real help for me. Disappointed. It does not work as it should. Now am returning it.
