Works well except It advertising avoids per waste. This morning it didn't. Needs to improve detection of obstacles

The thing always says that the dust bin is full every time it runs. The charging prongs got stuck and stopped charging on the docking system

While i own the previous J9+ in one of our floors, i decided to get one for my second floor. The previous model never leaked or gave me issues but this new system they have is leaking everywhere. Water leaks underneath the base and completly ruin my wood floors. Taking this back and will likely need to pay thousands to repair the warped wood flooring.

This unit takes all the hard work out of your hands. Why have 2 separate units anymore and this all in one saves time and space.

Didn’t work well, kept getting stuck, suction was not the greatest

It got mud in the dirt bin. And then sucked it out into the collection bin and clogged it up. Had it less than a week, returned it. Went with a robar rock. Much better, only differences are now. I have to push a button to start But at least it does its job and does it right.

Keeps the floors clean. Does it well. Would recommend.

This machine can still not find its way back to "home base". It has scuffed up my floor boards by banging them, it leaves obvious dirt on the floor and the mop leaves streaks which I have to manually mop up. Unreliable, does not function well and definitely not worth the price.

Creates a streaky mess that I have to Bona mop after. Has a terrible sour water smell after it washes the pad. Such a big dissapointment for such an expensive item. Now im stuck paying off a overpriced vacuum.

I bought this to replace an s9+. The price is not worth the upgrade. I also looked at Eufy, which would have been a winner if it could have transitioned from hard floors to our throw rugs.

Upgrading from a previous roomba that didn't have mopping abilities is a game changer. This combo 10 model functions just as good as its predecessors but with both a mopping feature and an autowash bay, making this one heck of a robot vacuum. The unit was unpacked, setup and mapping our floors in about 15 minutes, the initial mapping took some time to complete but once done it managed to detect everything pretty accuratly. I already had the iRobot app installed on my phone so I only needed to scan the barcode to get this one setup quickly. The unit has a base station that helps give this roobma some nice features, it contains a refilling bin for clean water(cleaning solution) that retains approximately 7 days worth of liquid refills for the vacuum, and then a bag for the vacuum waste that boasts a 60 day emptying cycle, it also has a bin to empty the dirty water from the cleaning bay, making the whole automation that much simpler. pros: Mopping feature + smartscrub option / AutoWash Dock (washes & dries the mop pad) Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant compatible Zone setup (vacuum/mop only specific areas that you define) Dirt Detective, prioritizes dirtiest rooms automatically Mop Auto lifts to avoid getting your carpet wet Auto (refills/emptying/self cleaning/mop pad cleaning) cons: not too many, the unit is a little loud when it empties, but not really loud while it vacuums/mops. the only other thing i feel the apps' mapping features/control are a little lacking. i wish they had more of an advanced mode for fine tuning on the actual selection of areas, everything is squared and the maps rotation is locked, which can make it a little difficult to get certain areas defined; overlapping seemed to fix my problem and this is probably a personal gripe but outside of this i couldnt think of anything else i disliked or had issues with. overall its a great combo unit, and time saver. keeping this robot running around daily helps keep up with all my animal's hair, food bits etc, and the kitchen tile floors are less work now to keep clean and looking good. I would definitely recommend this combo unit.
