Wish I had purchased my iRobot much sooner. It mapped my house, I adjusted the map, and made up a number of schedules for the robot to clean certain rooms on certain days. Some reviews commented on how noisy the robot is. I don't think it's noisy at all. It works great! Love IT!

It does not pick up dog hair!! which is why I bought it. Unfortunately, I bought from Best Buy and not Amazon where their return policy is 15 days, I unfortunately thought it was 30. So, I am out a lot of money for a product that is not worth $1. I have owned Roomba's in the past and they worked well, but after years of use it started sound like it needed to be replaced. Would definitely not recommend this.

Wow! Love the amount of suction. It picks up tons of pet hair and dirt. My only complaint, other than cost, is that it gives me a dust bin full messageI at least after every run and usually mid run after it empty’s the dust bin. It will not run again until a use a shop van to clean the filter. I read online that this is a very common problem. Vacuuming out the filter only takes a minute and is worth it to get this powerful cleaning.

Works almost to well. Rolls over my dog bowls so I have to remember to pick them up on scheduled days.

This is a top-of-the-line Roomba model. Once the space is mapped is very easy to use and clean the whole space or just one room. We did have an issue with the first unit we bought; it was defective and we could not finish the configuration. After calling customer service, exchanging the unit for a new one at Best Buy was very easy and straightforward. This model is expensive but does the job really well.

This vacuum is absolutely excellent, when it works. The first one we purchased, within one week we began having Error 21 and Error 31 messages repeatedly. We called iRobot and it was replaced under warranty for free. Once we finally received our replacement vacuum (it took 2.5 months) it has worked flawlessly. I'd give 5/5 stars if the replacement process didn't take so long, but the iRobot costumer service was otherwise excellent, responsive, and apologetic.

Best vacuum ever! Clean everything! Only program and that’s it.

This works well for hardwood, but it is constantly getting stuck on things. Power cords, rugs, etc.

Love the vacuum. Easy to use and does what it’s supposed to do

We purchased the S9+ last week and have yet to be able to run a complete clean cycle because of all of the errors it encounters. iRobot Support has been unhelpful. On the training mode, it states its bumper was pressed "unexpectedly" during training on the first run, which stopped training mode. iRobot Support stated we should depress the bumper several times to see if anything was stuck - nothing - error still happens. We have a large home with furniture and rugs and we can't run the vacuum without babysitting it otherwise it gives a "Clear Roomba's main brushes" error, when there is nothing stuck in them and it stops cleaning. It's yet to be able to map our entire house and spends hours cleaning the same areas until it goes dead and has to return to the dock to recharge (if it makes it through an entire cycle without giving an error, which I would say has been less than 10% of the time). Overall, for $1,300 plus tax look elsewhere, this isn't the droid you're looking for - something is seriously wrong with the software and/or hardware that needs to be resolved ASAP. If you want to stay home and constantly watch the vacuum for the 10+ hours it takes to clean with recharges, this may just be for you. Otherwise, for those who want a robot to clean reliably unattended, this isn't it. I'm giving it another week to get its act together and then we will be returning it.

The iRobot - Roomba s 9+ is GREAT. It is like you have another little person in the house. It does its job when it needs to recharge it goes back to its charging station. When it is fully charged, it goes on with her cores and finishes up where it left off. When done it goes back on her charging station recharges for her next assignment. It is a riot to watch!

The unit is very high tech and sophisticated the only problem is mechanically I think it’s lacking, for example it has issues almost every time climbing onto it’s on base it gets stuck there. Also sometimes it gets stuck or lost on its own and just stops. All in all it’s a pretty neat product I just wish it was more reliable. When it is cleaning it does do a good job on the hard floor and carpet both.

Gets the job done easy to use low maintenance just perfect

Exceeded my expectations. Vacuums thick carpet very well and doesn't bog down. Great mapping of the house function and works very well with Alexa. You can just tell her to vacuum the kitchen table area after dinner to clean up the crumbs or clean any or all rooms. Worth every penny.

Like any smart home product, I’m having a little bit of a learning curve. He has already, eaten a pair of underwear on the floor and a door stop. Both where easy to remove and have him start back up. Lesson learned, make sure your floors are clear of anything this child could eat or put in his mouth. I’m using him with Amazon Alexa, and he is working out just fine. I’m using it on carpet and it seams to be doing well.

This is our second iRobot and both are performing as they should.

My household is very busy! 2 young children, 3 pets and and a on the go lifestyle it can be hard to keep up with the everyday cleaning. I absolutely love this roomba! I can program how many times a day and what times to have it run, absolutely love it!

This is a huge upgrade over our previous roomba, powerful suction and the dock makes it really easy to use. We have pets, so this is a must for all of the pet hair. Gets over our kitchen threshold no problem, like a mini tank. And when it vacuums, the suction actually sounds like a normal vacuum. An investment for sure, but worth it.
