I love my Roomba s9! It has good suction..a little louder than the older Roomba's I've heard...but for a more powerful suction I'll take that. The only problem I've had is with the app. It needs some work.

Simply the BEST! We’ve had this for a few months and it’s been the best thing ever. Just schedule it to clean and forget about it, we have had it get stuck a few times but not many. Definitely recommend this.

It’s nice not having to vacuum every day. But this is not consistent. Misses spots and sometimes takes forever to complete a job. But we’ve only had the machine for about a month. Maybe it’s still learning???

My wife loves this thing. It was WELL worth the money. She had a great time setting it up, and I admit it's fun to watch it learn the house. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

The Best Roomba Ever... The only issue is that the rollers get damaged in a few months, but overall the strongest & the most reliable Roomba

I love this vacuum. The self empty feature is a must have. I also love that it connects to Google home and you can setup rooms for it to clean without cleaning the whole house, very convenient.

I have had several roombas and this one has corrected all the complaints I had about the others. Does a great job and has not missed any spots.

Our family's favorite! We tied it to Google's monitor and it now just cleans where needed when needed with just a voice command!

A huge improvement from my 650 series, easier on the walls. Easier on the app to program. It did require more cleaning stops at first but that was only the first couple days. Seems to be fine now

Roomba is a lifesaver, especially when programming with cell phone. So very convenient. Gives me time to do other important things. Dies a great job cleaning all types of floors.

Much better than expected! It took some time to map our large house. Now I can have it clean the whole house or just a room or two. Battery last over an hour then it returns to the base to recharge and continue.

Full-time working mom, buy this will save you a lot of time cleaning. What you need to do is to organize the small pieces such as your kids' Legos, socks....... Cheaper than the cost of hiring house cleaner.

Had to contact customer service and everyday get my first unit replaced. Hopefully the second unit is better. Constantly got error 21 or 43 navigation errors.

Great improvements to the Roomba over the one we bought years ago. Still a great way to keep the floors clean and not have to lift a finger!!!

I have used this product for 5 months. The vacuum cleans well and the tower to empty the bin is a great feature. Every time I run the Roomba s9+ it stops in the middle of the room and says it can't restart. After much effort on my part the vacuum eventually restarts. This is supposed to be a product you can schedule to run without you to start it. I wish I returned it when I could have for a refund. Fortunately I purchased the Best Buy extended warranty.

Passed the test with my wife. Extremely happy. It takes a few days for it to sort itself out with the rooms. But after that clear sailing. Use reusable bags. 2 kids, 2 cats, 3 dogs in the house.

So much better then the 800 series. The design change helps it from getting stuck as often and the gps is a wonderful thing. You can program the sweeper not to go on certain area.

We replaced our old samsung robo vac with the Roomba s9+, and you can tell the difference. The Roomba s9+ picks up way more then our old one. We run this twice a day, dont even need to sweep.

When I first purchased it my wife said it's a waste of money. Half a day later I am the best husband in the world. Easy to setup and forget it. It will let you know when it needs something.

This item looks nice but there’s a big issue when on carpet. It struggles to vacuum the carpet! No issue when it’s on the wood or ceramic tiles, has great suction. Called iRobot, we were told they’ll send us a pair of replacement rubber brushes but they sent a size smaller than what this iRobot is actually using so it’s useless. If possible avoid buying this item.
