Overall, I’m very satisfied with this keyboard. The keys have a nice feel And the arrows are positioned in a convenient spot. This is my second time purchasing this particular keyboard.

Fantastic keyboard, I plugged the usb into my Thunderbolt Display and it works perfectly with no lag with my MacBook. The Bluetooth function works great too but it takes like 15 seconds for it to connect to the computers time.

I would say I love wveyghing but the integration of the home and end functions jnto the numpad. I use MS Excel for about 40% of my day and having those as seperate function keys would be so mich better. I love wverything else. Just enough key press travel and its not a huge keyboard!

Darn good, but is not yet 100%. Am working hard to find a couple of work arounds to fit my needs because I'd really like to continue using this keyboard. Top right volume knob is awesome off the charts. Top left on/off switch is very efficient.
Is not quite as "plug and play" as I would prefer and am not really impressed with their customer support. Too bad because they're a local (San Diego) headquartered company and I really like doing biz with locals. Printed and online operations instructions are limited. Does not necessarily works with software installed on computer.
Beware of the pros and cons and def give this keyboard consideration. Am using it to write this review. If I can figure out a few snags, I'll be bumpiing this review up to 5 stars as it could be the best full size 3rd party keyboard yet.

Very nice keyboard for the price. Has just the right level of customization for everyday use and has a long battery life. Can get around a week to a week and a half on a full charge using it for work 8 hours a day. Love the fact it's rechargeable too.

So, this keyboard is not it. It would have been the perfect keyboard if there was actual software support. I am coming from the original Logitech MX Keys, saw this keyboard and was excited to try it for the price. Well, many of the shortcut keys don't work if you are on the MacOS platform. To make matters worse, the JLab Work App is incredibly limited to mapping the keys to a shortcut. For example, on the keyboard, there is a calculator key, F12, in the Work app, there was no calculator shortcut to map to this key to launch the calculator app. So the key does not launch anything, and yes, this is after enabling/disabling the Fn-lock. The keys, although it's okay to type on, the keys are very loose, you can tell the difference between this and an MX Keys keyboard. I will say the volume knob is a great touch and wished the MX Keys implemented one. So while this is an okay keyboard, the software support behind it is just not on par with Logitech and is extremely limited. Some other things to consider, it uses a 2.4 Ghz connection which is not secured and not encrypted. Yes, the original MX Keys also did not use an encrypted connection, but the new MX Keys S does provide an encrypted connection to the host. So in conclusion, just spend the extra $30 - $40 for an overall better keyboard, the MX Keys S, which provides greater customizability and support, and a solid, secured typing experience.

Overall, it is an excellent replacement for my 12-year-old keyboard. My old unit was workable, but this replacement keyboard has impressive features that I now can not properly function without. Well worth the money!

Great key board for the price. Would get five stars if it wasn't for the delay in keystrokes after sitting for a few minutes. Like if I am reading a report and do not touch any keys the go to make an entry the keyboard need to wake up before it enters data again. It like a 2 second lag only when it is waking up so if I forget to wait after hitting a key then I have to retype that first word again. Other than that I love this keyboard.
