Lacie Rugged are very convenient drives. Never had a any problems. When you see them on sale grab them. They are reliable but priced a bit high.

I brought this external hard drive to backup the files on my computer before upgrading to a higher Mac software program. It seems to do the job just fine.

This was a great product although I did have a bit of a problem setting it up to my computer software but a YouTube video would help!!!

Simple and works as advertised although I must admit to being a little confused by the pop up menu when you plug it in. It doesn't seem to have any function. In the 3 weeks I've had this, it if A-OK

When I had to get a new computer, I needed to get my old files out and into the new one. LaCie external dive was easy to use and got the job done. And it was less that I had expected on cost.

Great for travel. Typical external storage but great to protect against falls.

I've been using this hard drive for about a year. I transport it in my pocket to and from work everyday and read and write to it almost everyday and it has performed flawlessly. When connected but not reading or writing it seems to be spinning. In order to not having it spin unnecessarily I always disconnect it when not actively using it to preserve life. I would recommend anyone who has one to do the same.

I saw this on sale a while back so I bought one. It's been sitting around till this Covid 19 thing forced me to set up a home office. I was able to put all my office files I needed onto this and transport it home and hook it up to my home computer. Works great. I just leave it hooked up and everything is there and works fast. Small, compact & in a shock resistant case. Definitely glad I bought this.

I'm a photographer and have trusted the LaCie rugged drives for years. This hard drive is much smaller and compact than its predecessor. It's a great size and has a solid build. I expect this hard drive to last and last.

This is a 1 T storage device. I use it to back up my computer including all of my photos. There is enough room to store my whole computer contents. Huge storage at low cost. It is easy to use. Just plug in and go. The transfer rate is fast. It has a rubber casing around it to protect it from bumps. I have owned a smaller LaCie before.They are high quality and work perfectly. I highly commend this product

I have been using this drive for almost a year now and I have no issues. I carry it often and it's very reliable and rugged! I would highly recommend these drives! They are fast enough to edit video on or just to use for basic media storage.

Love this external drive, it has a protective border, it is good especially since I take it everywhere. When going on vacations, I back up the photos and videos since sometimes because of internet, uploading takes forever.

Easy to use and great for Mac. Protective case is nice too.
