The micro wave was fairly easy to install with the lifting and holding in place help of my 20 year old daughter. It functions as well was you would expect. It is a little louder the the GE that we had for 10 years. Other then the minor increase in noise. It works great. Use the template for proper mounting location.

Paper template included had under cabinet template and wall mount template were on the same piece of paper. Should be two separate paper templates. One drill hole was off by 3/4 inch. because of poor documentation this install took four hours instead of usual one hour. Flimsy quality, very loud fan, the light is dull and not adjustable.

Looks great in our kitchen and works Even better. Heats up quicker in higher altitudes than lower so watch your timing. The fan is pretty loud and would have preferred a quieter fan as it runs. We chose Ventless exhaust And this feature works great as well. Again exhaust fan plus motor fan makes a loud presence.

Replaced a dead Whirlpool. This one has a much more modern look, stainless inside and out. It has a removable grille in the middle, and a turntable inside. Vent has two options- up and out and recirculate. There's also a downward-facing light. Mounting is by a back plate (template included) and two topside screws. The screws bear the actual weight. This was pretty similar overall to our old oven, save the spacing on one screw was a bit off (had to drill a new hole- thankfully it was far enough to not overlap) and the power cord connection had a bit of overlap with the duct we had from previous install. Wasn't a big problem, I installed it myself with some help. The only gripe I have is the light is very weak. Replaced it with an 8W intermediate base LED from Amazon and it's nice and bright now. The oven works very well and is not super loud.

I’ve had the microwave since April 2020 and it’s been great. It’s not loud, very easy to use, and the interior is easy to clean. I like that it cooks fast and I can press the 30 sec button a few times to get 60 seconds quickly. The stainless matches with the rest of my appliances and easy to clean. Buying from Best Buy was exceptionally easy and I’m glad I did.

Overall, very easy to use, cooks evenly and is plenty big for a busy family of 4. It is a little noisy, but not horrible for the price. Wish it had a quick button for 1 min settings.

At $200, this was an awesome value for money purchase. Best Buy charges $150+ for installation and an additional $50+ for removing the old microwave. Install Make sure you have the 5/8" drill bit to install the toggle bolt anchors if you can't find enough studs. Install was pretty straightforward. I had to expand the overhead cabinet floor holes to match with the new ones. With proper measurement and planning, this should be a simple install. Operation The microwave is certainly louder than our previous Frigidaire one. However, the operation is flawless and delivers 1000w power correctly. The clock was a little wonky to get setup but it was done finally. Overall, we are pretty happy with the purchase!

Microwave looks nice and does of good job. It is a bit loud when in operation and does not have a timer.

Overall we are happy with the purchase of this microwave. Installation was easy to follow and functionality is straightforward and user friendly. My only complaint is the microwave is significantly louder than the one we replaced. It’s been 15 years since we replaced it, so maybe the noise is commonplace. Other than this one complaint everything else left us very satisfied.

This microwave matches all my other appliances, that is the main reason I chose it. Microwave power is very good. I have not located a timer on it yet, but I haven’t looked real hard yet. It makes a lot of noise while running. It sounds to me like it has a fan built in to run while the microwave is in use. Which is fine, just a little noisy. Other then that it looks great and works well. Heats things up very quickly.

Works fine. Fan is a little loud. Has no timer only function. Work-around is to set power to zero for timed cook but then the noisy fan comes on. Inside is dark color so inside looks dark even with oven light on. Other than those small thins, oven works well and is attractive.

For the price this is a good choice. The presets are easy to operate. Most just take 2 pressing before pressing start. The touchpad does take a little pressure but is not uncomfortable to operate. My only complaint is that it is a little loud for my taste.

This microwave has all the functions I needed and is very easy to use. My only complaint is that it is rather noisy when in operation.

The microwave wasn't too tough to install and it works nice. It comes with a rack that you can put in the middle but I'm not sure how frequently people would use this? We took it out because we couldn't fit anything else in there with the rack in. I still have to flip through the manual but it doesn't look like there's a quick minute setting like we had on our old micro i.e. hit 1 for 1 minute, hit 2 for 2 minutes, and I wish it had that feature. Also it is louder than expected. It heats fine so we are happy with it.

Replaced a failed Maytag one. Only real down marks are 1) It is louder than the old one. Mainly the vent at the top 2) The mounting instructions could be better 3) There is no timer Other than that it's a good model

We really love this little microwave. It has plenty of space and is easy to operate. I read reviews that said people think it is very loud...and I do agree it is louder than our old one...but it is not a problem at all for us. Works well.

Good value for an over the range microwave but is noisier than the unit it replaced. Still have not figured out how to use "auto reheat" feature. Simply needed to touch this button on prior units.

Looks good in design and works perfectly but noises when operating really louder than I expected especially when you use vent function. Not sure it's louder than stand-alone model.

Very good for the price. Installed it with help of my wife. Vent fan is a little loud. Would benefit for brighter lights under. Other than that its good.

This LG microwave is a great product but a little noisy. Works fine if you need to heat up fast some food but I didn’t try it for cook yet.
