Paper template included had under cabinet template and wall mount template were on the same piece of paper. Should be two separate paper templates. One drill hole was off by 3/4 inch. because of poor documentation this install took four hours instead of usual one hour. Flimsy quality, very loud fan, the light is dull and not adjustable.

We had limited options due to size above our range, but selected this LG based on looks and previous positive experiences with LG. This unit gets the job done for a reasonable price. Although, no timer on microwave is crazy! Had I known it didn't have that basic feature, I probably would not have purchased it. Also, the light inside microwave and light below the microwave are extremely dim.

I spent hours reading reviews before deciding to make the purchase. It was easy to install and lighter then most models which was great but 3 buttons don't work. At least it's under warranty, but still, not something you expect upon purchase. It's also very loud which I knew prior to purchase from reading reviews. I can handle noise if that's the only down side to the product.

Looks good, installed easily enough. I find that if you follow the directions on packages for the large units you'll get the end result you expect on most things. Certain steam-in-bag frozen veggies need an extra pop. One thing I don't like is there is no setting to hit say the number '5' and enter and it heats for 5 minutes. You have to do 5-0-0 Start or hit the 30-second button X times. I know it sounds petty but the 20-year old GE this replaced had that convenient feature. Overall it's a modestly priced microwave that works fine.

It does the job, and looks decent, but it is SO LOUD. I guess that is normal now because my contractor said all lower priced ranges are loud like that. Seriously, the fan on high is ridiculous, and the fan blows automatically when you use it, so when I cook something I cannot hear anything else. It's annoying. Overall in terms of function, it's a competent appliance.

It's a nice microwave heats quickly and cleans up nicely. But it is really loud.

Too Loud and no timer, and no express cook . Best Buy was fast and service was great!!

Clean design. Easy controls. Door feels a little cheap opening and closing.

Good microwave with many features. Biggest con is the noise from running the microwave and/or running the fan! Beep sounds are also loud and don’t stop until you open door.

Process of elimination.Had a Samsung then Frigidaire both lasted two years.Different manufacturer.Seems to be like the others.Little loud when in use.Cant shut off cycle beep.So far so good.

Great price and looks nice, but unfortunately it is very loud. If noise isn’t a big thing for you and you want to save, it’s more than adequate.

Bought this unit to replace a less than 3 year old Frigidaire that suddenly quit. So far this one is fine but I am a little hesitant to write a real review this early. So I will go with 3 stars for now.

Works pretty good. Have had a few issues with it. But decent buy. But inwould probably try a different similar price range one.

would like it better if it had a timer in features. also a quick cook time by touching the 1-9 button 1=1minute and so on. look for another model with better features

I was very disappointed to find that this microwave does not have a timer on it. I thought all microwaves had them.

I had a LG prior to thus one which lasted 9 years, this one however seems made a bit cheaply and is noisier. It works fine and for the price it is okay.

Not long after I bought the microwave it seemed like some things would heat up just fine and some things would take forever or wouldn't heat at all. A repair man came out and replaced the whole control panel. It has been doing good since then but sometimes I feel like some things take longer than they should to heat up. Also ive always checked the power setting just incase its been adjusted and its always on high power where I had it. I am happy I got it as cheap as I did.

Okay microwave. Bought it for price and style. Some good features, but pretty noisy and with no lit panel hard to see programs and numbers without proper light on.

It seems to take longer to heat things up than our old one but it was the same power. No timer built in without using the microwave. It's ok at best.

This microwave looks rice. But it does have its issues. First, make sure you remove the rack that comes with it, crazy right? Well when the microwave lost all power to it. The technician said it’s not good because it causes problems. Only have the rack inside when using it, then remove (not for everyday use). That’s silly to me. Second, make sure you get the replacement plan because you will have issues with it. Repairs cost more than the purchase price.
