Like most people in the world, I have been working from home for the past 4 months. I had two monitors that I got for free at my job but knew that I had to update. So, I brought this ultrawide and it has been amazing I love the bigger screen for multi-tasking. My only dislike is that the stand is kinda wombly but I can buy another stand for it..awesome ultrawide would diffidently recommend better than having two monitors

This is my 2nd LG UltraWide monitor. I have one as part of my WFH setup (a laptop, a 27"Dell monitor and the 29" LG UltraWide for spreadsheets and Visio documents. I decided to add one to my home laptop setup as well. For the price, it is an excellent monitor and used with the Mount It monitor arm I can quickly adjust it where I can take full use of the width of the screen

My first wide screen monitor and I love it! Display is fantastic and HDR10 makes all the difference with a beautiful picture. I use it with my new Mac mini and it's a perfect match. I'll never go back to standard monitors. No set up required. Monitor looks great even without HDR10. Just plug it into the Mac mini and everything works great. Highly recommend this monitor.

I bought this to go with my new build as the main screen. The HDR is vibrant, the screen is bright even in direct sunlight... and my wife promptly appropriated it for the days she has/gets to work from home. The aspect ratio makes it effectively two monitors in one and the 75 hz refresh rate is more than enough for my needs.

For the price the monitor is excellent.i work in IT and I code a lot . I needed something cheap and ultrawide for more screen real state . Wfh in covid made it necessary for me to buy a monitor and 5his has been pretty good for my needs . There are better ones out there but for the price it's unbeatable and HDR works great when u watch a movie as long ur laptop support HDR.

I was originally in the market for dual monitors but was challenged on the space they take up. I came across this LG Ultrawide and have been very pleased with the performance. I have multiple windows open at a time and the wide screen allows me to organize them so there is minimal overlap; making my work go faster.
I would recommend this monitor to anyone that has limited space but wants the benefits of two monitors.

Bought this on sale, for the discount I thought it was worth the value. Very happy with my purchase. Keep in mind this monitor has no speakers of its own. The only con is that the base is slightly wobbly.
I do use this for gaming with my PS4 as well in the second hdmi connect and works really well. It will reconfigure the resolution so it’s not stretched out weirdly.

Had this monitor for a year now and i can say that the display quality is actually good, Colors are some what muted out the box but you can easily boost it within the display settings. I highly recommend this if you want an entry widescreen monitor, its even good for gaming!

I bought this monitor to use in conjunction with my Pixelbook (and also Surface Pro tablet) because I needed a larger monitor due to vision problems. I think this monitor is good for anyone that doesn't want to go the dual monitor route, yet still requires more work space for whatever windows and apps you might have open on your desktop. I have been running two apps side-by-side on-screen and this size monitor works fine for my purposes. My only complaint would be the same as everyone else in that the monitor is stationary without any height or tilt adjustment. A riser of some sort will be required if this is a negative factor for you. Also, if you're into gaming or editting, I'd say go with one of the larger 34" monitors.

In terms of a great screen for the average user, you can't beat these screens. Have purchased a number of these for cubicle spaces and everyone loves them! If you have a bigger office, go with the 34" option, but if you have limited space, you won't regret buying this!

Mainly using this for school as an engineering student and it is great for having multiple documents side by side. I can put 3 documents up at once, whether it be lecture slides, notes, or research and all 3 be legible. Definitely helps make my studying more efficient!

Great looking display, provides common input types that you can either use directly, with the included cables, or purchase a cable to take advantage of with your computer, console, or any conventional input source. HDR looks good with compatible content.

Excellent monitor in this price range. More space for better productivity like editing podcasts or videos. Gaming is super fun on this monitor as well.
Definitely recommend. I use it for streaming on my laptop. The screen is so wide it feels like 2 screens on one.

I bought this one as it served my needs: a good size for me as I don't want to move my head too much while I can still see well enough and have plenty of screen real state to look at multiple things at the same time to accomplish my work.
Would have preferred a mounting base design taking less width.

I purchased this to be used as a second monitor for my at home work setup. So I have it paired with a laptop and mounted via an arm mount on my desk. So for my purposes it's been great! I love being able to have two windows open side by side on one monitor and them still be large enough to work in. The resolution is just fine for my purposes but if you were wanting great gaming quality I would recommend something different. The build quality is also very nice except for one thing. If you do plan to mount this keep in mind there is a metal piece that sticks out the back of the monitor where the normal stand would attach in. It's more so just an eye sore but if you have it placed up again a wall you'll never see it! Overall I'm very happy to have this monitor for my work from home setup!

Good productivity monitor, and suitable for gaming too. 60hz by default and 75 hz in overdrive I believe? In any case, with freesync, it can be a capable gaming monitor. For gaming, ultra wide is morr important than resolution.

The ultrawide monitor format is really excellent if you need multiple multiple screens (yes I intended to say multiple 2x) or if you need 2 screens but have limited space. I have one for home and one for my office and find this much better (especially with the Windows 10 snap to half/quarter features) than two screens. It keeps your neck aligned to one screen directly in front of you while you work but you have the real estate to have things open side by side or in quadrants to reference around while you work on something (or watch streaming service while you get work things done). If you have an OS that doesn't have snap to half/quad feature, LG has software that gives similar behavior (including thirds) which is okay but not as simple to use as the built in Windows 10 functionality.
