Good looking, easy to use and to clean. Good price.

Love how the unit has NO knobs to trap food and need to be cleaned. There is a learning curve to understand how to turn it on, and how to adjust the "burners" but it works well. Also like the Child-lock feature. It looks amazing in my new kitchen!

This cooktop has a awesome appliance, it’s very beautiful and sleek and compliments to look at my kitchen.

I thought there was residue from the plastic film protection but the surface is not smooth glass like you would expect it is more like a textured glitter crackle glass! Should not affect operation.

1st one lasted around 6 months then most of the buttons stopped functioning (touch screen) it took several months for me receive a new one and you have to pay to uninstall/ re-install. The new one lasted about 2 months which only follows under the original purchase… might have used it 3 times. So now I have a touch screen makes my cooking options where only 2 burners can be turned on and only the 1,2 and 9 temps function. Guessing I paid $150 per cooking cycle. My current cooktop is now for looks and I have a portable 2 burner cooktop.

This cooktop is quite nice,. Heats up fast and very evenly. Controls are easy to use. Plenty of options for the size of heating elements and ability to set each one on warm. Nice and easy to keep clean as well. Note that it's not a pure black top though - there are white/gray specks throughout - when I first got it, I kept thinking it was dirty because of the built in spots. Only minor complaint is the annoying "song" that plays when it turns off (a series of tones) - wish I could set it to something different.

I had to replace an older cooktop after the glass cracked. This LG fit the bill both in size (for I. The cut out including the down draft) and features. It looks sleek and heats up pots and pans much quicker than my old Kitchen Aid. So much so once liquids are boiling I’ve had a hard time lowering the temp enough to simmer. That is taking some getting used to as well as the 2 step process to adjust the heat level. You must select the burner then the temp setting from the main/central control. I prefer the Kitchen Aid where it could set the temp directly right at the control for each burner but I’m getting used to it. And as with other LG appliances it does play a little tune when you shut it off. I have found the fan a little annoying. It’s fairly quiet but I never expected a fan or noise at all. I suppose it cools the glass quicker and is not that big of a deal. Not being aware of that or having that on the Kitchen Aid made it unexpected.

This is a very attractive cooktop and for the first week it worked fine. Then I couldn't turn it on - no power to the cooktop at all. I've read a couple of other reviews with similar problems so may be a quality control problem. Anyway, Best Buy's response was to replace it with another new one. It arrived today. I hope this one is better. It is easy to clean but the touch controls are something to get use to. I don't really need the Child Lock feature, but I'm sure it's appreciated by those that do need it.

This cooktop is incredibly easy to clean and offers plenty of space. I can comfortably fit multiple pots on it at the same time.

Thisq cooktop looks great and matches my kitchen decor; it’s easy to use. The delivery man showed me how to operate every detail on this cooktop. I have black granite in my kitchen and blend is outstanding. I knew it would be harder to find the perfect fit; however with the assistance of the sales person at the Mayfair location in WI. Replacing all of my kitchen appliances was not an easy task, with the expertise of the staff of Best Buy along with their professional knowledge, they was able get my kitchen updates.

I love a cook top with no knobs (much easier to clean!) It still looks new after frequent use due to us cleaning it after every use. We bought more of the cleaning solution that came as a sample and it cleans right through stubborn stains! I’ll never go back to another gas cooker again!

We have had this cooktop for 6 months now, which is ample time to make good use of it and give an informed review of the product. My wife is the cook in our home and she likes the look and operation of the cooktop. However, there is one recurring issue with the cooktop and that is disappointing and is a nuisance. Within the first few weeks of installation and today for a 3rd time over the past 6 months we have had to "reset" the cooktop at the breaker box because it either failed to power on or while was it was on the cooktop would malfunction and all the lights on the cooktop would light up. When it first happened, my wife found it this was an issue with this cooktop when looking for troubleshooting tips online. We were disappointed to read that and had hoped that it would not be a recurring issue and if so that it would be few and far between because we just did not want to go through the process of having to replace it. Now, after the third malfunction in 6 months we are thinking we will likely have to replace it. Granted it is an "easy fix" to flip the breaker and reset it but we should not have to do that. This is our third cooktop in 27 years all of which were replaced for aesthetic reasons. This is first one we have ever had a problem with and the most expensive one we have ever purchased. But for this resetting issue I would have rated this cooktop as 5 stars.

The only complaint I have is that the controls are more complex than needed. You have to push buttons in certain combination in order to set the temp setting and it's not well thought out. Simple is better. Otherwise, it works fine, heats fast and evenly.

I absolutely LOVE my new electric cooktop! It looks so great. It's a little bigger than my old cooktop but still fits within my cabinet space (under my range hood). It IS really beautiful. It's easy to use and I love how it "sings" when I cut it off.

This is a really good value for the number of burners and it has a great design. It cleans up as good as any other glass top. The one complaint I have is that the power button is sometimes glitchy. You hold your finger over the power button and it just doesn't turn on. You have to keep trying, and sometimes just walk away for a moment and come back. It's intermittent when it happens, I would say 2 - 3x/week. I use my cook top multiple times everyday. Overall great value but hope they address the power on glitch.
