    This is very upsetting I purchased a washer and dryer including a dish washer I spent up to $4,000 dollars we waited for two weeks for our purchase according to the schedule arrival they canceled my order and made me wait additional time plus I was out with no washer or dryer for my family and I this pushed my work time back and major problems I’m not satisfied with Best Buy at all I want my money back and I’m sending a letter to the corporate….very unprofessional….

    It was large and clunky and made a lot of noise. Retuned after a couple weeks. The worst part is that it smelled like a sewer backed up. It burned my comforter

    Defective dryer

    Washtower was installed Monday. Installer left and we went to run a load. The dryer spins, but does not heat up. Did every DIY LG recommend to check the issue. Called Best Buy and the soonest Best Buy could sent another installer was today, Thursday. He checked everything and the dryer is defective. I called Best Buy and the soonest they can replace the unit is eight days from now.

    Reneged on a price match. Committed a match, then charged us full price. Refused any follow-ups until the return period had expired. Buy elsewhere more ethical and trustworthy.

    BROKE DOWN IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS

    I paid over $2,000 for this combo washer/dryer (model no. WKEX300HBA) 55 days ago and IT IS ALREADY BROKEN. When you press the power button for the washer it does not turn on. Nothing. The top half of the machine, the dryer, does still power on. But we can't do any laundry and now the dryer also is useless as it is attached to the broken washer. Now I've got to figure out how to dispose of this huge piece of junk and go buy two new machines. Way to go LG, you should stick to making TVs. Extremely disappointing product. Do not buy one of these. .
