The new Graphene drivers do make a difference. The sound is very clean the tuning is fine for an all around sound gaming, movie, music. The DTS surround sound absolutely is terrible pretty sure no one even listened to its implementation before sending this product out into the wild. The microphone which was average at best in the Gen 1 version strikes with a vengeance again in Gen 2. With a product like the BlackShark V2 2023 and a broadcast quality wireless mic along with the ones on corsair headsets it leaves you wondering why they did not make any attempt to address the quality of the Gen 2 mic. Yes it has BlueVoice which is good software but its polishing a "blank" when it could have been much better.

Great headset, especially great surround sound system.

I wanna first start with I would give this a 4.5/5 because simply I hate their logitech software Ive had so many issues with it in the past they have since improved much but sometimes there are bugs or updates and have messed with my audio settings and microphone which is a killer but sound wise and microphone are superb. I still believe in them!

Battery life is insane. I only have to charge it once every 5 days or so. The audio quality is great.

good headphones. battery life and sound quality are great, but they do hurt my ears after long use. not sure if they sell memory phone ear cups for them or not.

Son loves this. Good quality and great sound. He can't even hear himself shouting when he gets killed in his favorite games.

I've had this headset for almost a year now, and it is by far the best headset I have owned. I went through several other brands and models before landing on this one. I have it set up with a Dolby Atmos license, and it sounds fantastic.

Tbh i only bought this cuz i like kda, i dont really care for LoL. Its really good, nice material and everything. The size is good if you dont have a large desk.

Im always skeptical with wireless because battery life, but im getting almost double the battery life they said this thing would get. And im normally gaming 10-12 hours or just using it and im losing like 10% or less during that time. Not sure how the battery will hold up after a year or 2 with it naturally degrading from use, but would recommend it for wireless people. It works well wired but my tower is on my left the connector is on the right side of headset. Works well with my phone BT as well. And it sounds very well.
